In the last week I have had the absolute worst experience. I started my experience at the copy and print which I would say Is the better part of my weekly trip. The employee zain was was very helpful and efficient at what I was asking him to make me. I then needed a laptop cord that I knew they had in stock but didn't have on their website. I proceeded to the tech desk asking where I may find the one I was looking for from an employee named Anthony. He was rude and entirely unhelpful. He ignored my question completely and continued to sit behind the desk playing on his phone. When I asked again he just pointed me in the direction instead of showing me where it was which I found rude. I would understand if he was busy with other customers but he just was sitting on his phone. When I came back to ask once more he had walked into what I only assume is the office and stayed in there for 20 mins as I was struggling to find what I came in here to buy. I asked another employee named Dustin where it was and he had no issue walking me to which cord I needed. I also asked him who I could talk to so I may tell them how helpful he was only to find out the original tech employee that was ignoring my question was the tech manager. Despite being helped by the other 2 kind employees it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that a manager of all people would be reluctant to help a paying customer in such a rude manner. If he's not going to do his job he doesn't need to be there.

Last time I had them mass print and laminate something for work, they printed it on the wrong color paper. I let it go because I come here so often for work and I get things happen. Now I try to get a poster made that I had multiple others done previously and am told I have to do it online. I don't work here, I don't understand why it's so hard to get something taken care of here lately.

With the exception of one guy that tried his best, the female working on the day we went was extremely rude and had no problem telling us she had no time to answer questions we had about a laptop we were thinking of purchasing. I will never go back to the spring Hill store and spend money.

Worst customer service ever! Guy at the print & copy desk is unprofessional! Being the only person in the store, he ignored me when i clearly needed help. I waited there over 15 minutes but Once the Caucasians stared to piled up behind me in line is when he finally decided to "help me".

Not sure what exactly is going on in the printing department here. I’ve ordered from Tarpon before and my business cards are always ready same or next day. After waiting patiently for 2 days I still hadn’t received a call that they were ready. I called twice and sat on hold for a total of around 20 minutes. Called back to speak to the manager and was notified they were extremely busy (no excuse, sorry) and that the printer was down. Why would no one call or email to explain that? I use the service because it’s a same day service, if you cannot offer that then take it off the website. Paying customers deserve better than this.

Train wreck.is the best description I can give this store this evening. It really doesn't even deserve the one star. This store gets worse every time I go there. I wish we had another store in Spring Hill where one can enjoy a working copy center. The copy center is a disaster. Tonight I needed to print out several items off a USB device. Well, the ONLY machine that worked had a line of customers. I arrived at what I thought was a reasonable time to print my items before closing. The staff, I think her name was Brittney, was outstanding. She did her best to help me print out my items on the machine behind the desk. She had a lot of trouble though; she could only print 3 out of 6 items because the machines had one thing or another wrong with them. I needed to print on both sides of the page, to reduce bulk of paper. And, the ONLY machine that could do that was the same one that had the line! Too many machines were down. Additionally, the feature to do 'double-side' printing was not working on Brittney's machine, only printing single pages. So, I was stuck with the bulk. The lead or manager came by to pretend to help, but she was useless; having a personal conversation on her cell phone about the time she would be home, 'at 12, ' amongst other things.totally inappropriate when Brittney was trying to tell her what the copy machine was doing. She was not being helpful to Brittney; she touched the computer screens, as if it were something that Brittney couldn't figure out eventually. I heard her telling Brittney, 'next time, tell her to use self-service. ' I responded and said, 'well the ONLY working machine had a line, so Brittney took initiative and helped me. ' Is this person a manager or supervisor? She needs lessons in management. Same manager was on the register and charged me for 'self-service' instead of 'behind the desk' service after I asked for a discount for the inconvenience and not getting what I came in for. I didn't realize until I read the receipt after I was home that I was charged for 150 copies instead of 115 copies, which is what I told her when I pulled down my mask so that she could hear me better. So no, I didn't get a discount. I was overcharged! PLEASE PLACE THIS MANAGER IN CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS! She needs it. Especially instructing the staff what to do in front of the customer, not caring if I heard her! Brittney was being helpful and reducing the line to the ONLY machine that was working. I had a very unpleasant experience. As a professor, I rely on a copy center that has a least more than one machine available and a manager that is of use to the company. Someone needs to rescue this store and retrain or remove that lead or manager staff and fix the darn machines! I cringe at the thought of returning to this store. If you have closed-circuit recording, you will see the entire scenario and how things played out.

As a local business owner that historically spends $4-5000/year at this Staples, I would like to express my disappointment with the performance of the Spring Hill Staples. My disappointment is specifically with the copy and print department which has consistently gone down hill in regards to customer service, expertise, and basic professionalism. There seems to be no basic processes, no follow-up, no sense of urgency, no expertise, and only excuses as to why they are always off schedule or completely allow orders to fall through the cracks. A new manager and a complete overhaul of the staff is badly needed at this location.

Went in for HP ink cartridges for my printer. Price rang up $187 plus tax. I said that can’t be right. Called manager over. He said yup thats right. Never really checked. I have never paid anywhere near that before. Cancelled order. Looked at Office Max, Walmart, and Target: All at $114 for same ink. Staples tried to charge me more than $70 more for same product. I will never use Staples again after this experience.

This store is fully stocked with just about everything one needs for their office/business. There is always someone around to help you find the things you need. Everyone is friendly and helpful️️

So I visited the store on 19 in Spring Hill today. I must say I am truly impressed on the social distancing in effect. I wandered the store for a good while trying to find a product. Luckily for my health there were no employees available to help. The gentleman at the copy center was having a loud laughing phone call and was otherwise not paying attention to the store. The cashier was kind of staring at the ceiling and looked too depressed to want to approach. Not sure if there were other employees in the store. Didn't see any in the 20 min I wandered the store.
Gave up.
Left and bought what I needed at target. Payed more, but oh well, service is important. Even if it is from 6+ feet away.

Worst experience I have ever had ordering something. I ordered an almost $500 laptop last Wednesday because it was supposed to be next day delivery and my son needs it to be able to do his virtual school that started 8/24. Every day since then it has been pushed back to the next. It was left at the warehouse, then they “couldn’t find my house”, then said I requested a future delivery which wasn’t true, then the package was damaged, now has to be replaced and my new date is Friday. Over a week since ordering. I will never buy from staples again. I have waited on hold for over an hour 3 times talking to someone about this and trying to find out when it would be delivered and everyday they just told me the next day. Absolutely no help.

Horrible customer service, wouldn't recommend buying a candy bar from here much less anything needed for your office. Sold an office chair for $200 and once assembled the hydrolic pump does not work. I was told from management it was basically my problem once it left they're front door. Asked for a refund and was told stock was low and unable to refund my money as well.
