Staples, Lighthouse Point FL

Bought a quitclaim deed from here recently. It’s my childhood Staples store. Very spacious, clean and organized. The employees are always helpful and friendly. It is located in the Venetian Isle Shopping Center, so there is also a Publix and Dollar Tree.

I went for some copy center needs and Reese was extremely helpful even though she was busy. I will continue coming for staples wonderful customer service.

Went to buy a $429 laptop. The salesman tried pushing extended warranty, software upgrade, virus portion and data transfer package for the low, low price of an additional $500.00. Needless to say we just bought the computer. Beware everyone!

Great selection of desk chairs. The staff was very helpful. The store was clean and well stocked.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE! Russell in the printing Dept was AMAZING! The one band man, as he was being pulled in so many directions but was still able to give great customer service. I was notified within hours that my prints were done. Dan was so great and understanding. Peter was nice and sweet. If you have printing needs, this is your place. Avoid USP store as they are a total disappointment.

Peter always very helpful and hand on, no matter how busy he's, he's always trying to talk more than one customer at a time, politely and very well manners and courteous.

Devin the manager and Gaby offer great customer service! They were very helpful and had a great attitude! One of the best staples store!

I have to say I visited this store I got a last minute request for documents that I needed In the morning before they staples open I got there just as they were locking the door but they said come on in we’ll help you when any other place would turn you away sorry we’re closed Jair & Chris went above and beyond to help me both were very helpful and super nice it was the best experience I ever had anywhere thanks guys for going above and beyond

Went in to have some forms printed from an email and Russell and his coworker were courteous, professional, fast and efficient. What else could you ask for? Thank you guys

Chris refused to help us return our broken printer.he went and hid in his office like a child and the other employees told us they can't help us either.horrible company and even worse employees in the store

This is by far the best Staples we've been to. Customer service is fantastic. We overheard him talking to a very rude impatient customer and he never lost his cool!

Pretty easy to navigate most of the staff is friendly. I can usually find what I need ink seemed to be depleted on my last visit though. Only thing I don't like is that the cashiers try to upsell you on everything and that's a pet peeve of mine. I actually avoid this store because of it unless I am in the area for another reason. I don't need a phone case, I don't need a screen protector, I don't need the extended warranty, I don't want to donate to schools, I don't need copy paper, and youbdon't want me to do your survey believe me.holy hell I'm buying printer ink and a flash drive not a f'in Lamborghini.

Customer service is very nice. It’s a good feeling when you’re greeted with a pleasant tone and smile. Great store for all your stationary needs plus more. I really enjoy shopping here.

Went August 1st for tech support and though the issue was tricky, the associate manager and associate were very kind and helpful! Since you can just go in and see what issue you have on your computer at no cost, it saved me time and money!

I have visited the store recently this store in an attempt to purchase my niece's school supplies. Upon entering the business I was not familiar with the location and knew that I would need assistance with locating items on the school issued essential list. While seeking items on the list i peered around the store to see if there was any reps on the floor who could help. No one in sight, but at the register stood a group of staff- four. I politely asked if there was anyone who could help me find where the reams of papers were located and with a taunting smirk, sales clerk, Jania said, no. I was not offered any other help from the other staff who congregated. Still, I tried my best to remain positive and finish shopping but that lack of customer service made me exit the store. Great hospitality is essential now, more than ever. The pandemic has highlighted just how valuable kindness is. With so many health uncertainties plaguing the world, customers who are attempting to provide children with the necessary tools to thrive in the education system, should not be treated as if they are a burden to staff who are fortunate enough to have jobs in unstable economy. I am not happy at all. I have called the store to give them an opportunity to become aware internally but I was met with that same energy given in the store, annoyance. I asked for the store manager and their name, the person who answered happen to be "Jania" again and she said his name is "Dan.super easy" she arrogantly stated. I asked for any other manager on duty and then I was told all managers are busy with inventory and could not come to the phone. I cordially ended the call feeling even worse than when in the store. I have literally never written a unsatisfactory review before but the type of treatment being rendered to patrons is unacceptable and training needs to be urgently incorporated.

Great Curbside Service! The Parking lot was flooded they came out to my car and brought me my items! This is phenomenal customer service and I reccomend this location to everyone. Thank you so much Staples Team. Keep up the Great Work!
