The manager lin is really rude. Bathroom is disgusting. The prices on the shelves don't match. And terribly low staffed

The print shop is a train wreck. I needed one double-sided copy and 4 small ID cards laminated which seemed to dumbfound the Staples employee. The store was empty, but somehow, I still had prolonged wait to get the employee's attention. When I finally got his attention, he said it would take them a day to complete what should have been a simple 5–10-minute job. I rated their service with one star, but I was being kind. It was terrible. It's as though they intentionally are trying to drive customers away.

Horrible, or should I say non-existent customer service at the printshop. Young girl told me she would help, then completely ignored me! Tried getting her attention, but the money meter was running. It was a time-sensitive document, and I ended up printing the wrong one. Not everyone is computer literate, just take a minute to help your customers.

My wife & I went to Staples attempting to return a faulty HP printer. We were greeted by the STORE MANAGER Peter. Once we explained our situation, we were unable to return based on purchase date. Peter continued to work with us, to complete this purchase. Peter went ABOVE AND BEYOND, walking us thru various printers. He even price matched the new printer for us along with suggesting the Staples app for additional money off the bill. Thanks to Peter's patience my wife & I will continue to frequent this Staples - 30190 US Highway 19N - Clearwater, FL 33761.

Great experience! My cashier Mary Ellen was so super nice, made me happy to shop there— I wish everyone could be that cheery and kind! Was buying a 2022 planner and it actually rang up less than expected which was a great surprise too.

Great Staples location, not just well-stocked on basics like ink, but the specialty services (print etc) are phenomenal, A+ will keep coming:)

I went to staple to print something and young girl with black hair and glasses was ignoring me. I had issues to print and she was not trying to help at all! She was not willing to help, she was just playing on her self phone. I would never go back to this location

Needed to have some pattern pieces enlarged, so I asked Nicky at the copy/print desk for help.
She was super nice, super efficient, and I was in and out in a flash.

Went to this store for an At a Glance product. The items were chaotically scattered about. The place is a total mess. Such a mismanaged location. Management should be fired.

Johnnie the manager at this Clearwater FL store was the worst manager I have ever met. His employees sat around talking and when I made a complaint he couldn't be bothered. Instead he threw out the business cards I paid for and insisted I refund me so I could leave. He then realized he couldnt refund me because it was ordered online. Told me to go home and call them since I didnt order it there. Horrible management and poor customer service skills. He should be in the stock room where he belongs. Shame on you Staples!

Everyone at this Staples are Awesome People! My Husband and I own a tattoo shop and come here pretty much every other day to every week. They always have everything we need and have great prices. Staff is friendly and very professional and treats us like family. I would definitely recommend this store for any of your business needs

Store is well laid out with friendly, efficient staff. If you can’t fInd something, ask. They will help you. I’m a member of the rewards program and I bring my used ink carrridges here for recycling. When I get my new ink here - and they do price match online or locally - I get $2 back in rewards for each recycled cartridge. I also get coupons via email to save even more on ink and other office supplies.

Recently our home phone was disconnected. I’ve tried unsuccessfully to change the phone number associated with my Staples account online. Today, Tracy changed it for me - fast, friendly, and efficient. I am never disappointed when I come here in person to do my business.

This location has multiple ways to get into and out of the parking area from 2 busy streets. It also has lots of places to park.

I placed a print order last week & unfortunately their machine was down so they had to route the job to a 3rd party service to fulfill. Instead of it being delivered to my office, the order was accidentally sent to the store upon completion. Niki was very helpful and offered to personally drop the order off to our office. Mistakes happen and I appreciate that they went above and beyond to provide a prompt and no fuss solution to meet the orders expected delivery date.
