Huge shoutout to Jules at the Staples print counter on US1 and 12th Street! I used the printme option but could not get self serve to work for me.

(I’m low tech but have used printme before)

Jules helped me change the size of the pictures, upgraded the paper and printed them out like a computer ninja!

If you need print help, Jules is the guy!

Was helped by a very nice man needed to fax some papers and he was fast. He wasnt just helping me he was helping 32 more customers at the same time. And got us all done at the same time. That young man was fantastic.

Didn't have compressed air. Of all places this store should have it. Walked through the whole store looking for it.

Quick and easy to use services. Clean environment. Helpful staff. The more this location updates their technology, the better they get. I use their printing and business services all the time! However, office and school supplies I'll get elsewhere because they can be a bit pricey compared to other places. But everything else is top notch

On Sunday, September 25th, 2022, a friend and I went to the copy center at Staples and worked with Kimberly Munro in the Copy Center. I had created a document for my friend in Print Shop and needed to return home and send a PDF or a JPEG to Kim. However, I just couldn't figure out how to do it, so I called, returned to the store with my laptop and Kim helped me transfer the file so that she could print it. She was extremely helpful and professional and the project could not have been completed without her expertise. Thank you Kimberly. Annie Rogers and Barbie White

Employee was helpful and knowledgeable. Prices seemed a little high, especially for what I was looking for. I was looking for a simple paper cutter, they had a couple of different sizes starting at around $28. That seemed very high to me, could probably get it on Amazon for under $10. I did not make the purchase.

Nice clean store. Not always staff around to help. Well stocked and good pricing when on sale. Back to school pricing is good also.parking no problem. Store is never busy.

I’ve only started coming to this one since the local Office Depot closed and it is awful. I will make the drive to go somewhere else from now on.

I needed to fax 49 pages and it would have cost over $100. Though, e-mailing it was cut down to 1/3 of that. Thanks to a Wonderful woman, tech savvy Kim! She saved my day & my emotional stress! A joyful relief from Kim's assistance. A True Asset to Staples!

Will was so very helpful to me. I really and truly appreciate him. He went above and beyond to assist me. This is by far the most excellent customer service experience I've had in over a decade. Way to go Will. You ROCk!
