12If I could leave a review for every visit I’ve had here, that be great. But the reviews would all be the same. Staples, as a company, is just lousy. Website doesn’t work (on mobile) prices are always higher than the competition…. And going inside the stores, good luck finding a person to help you, let alone someone who looked like the their soul hasn’t been crushed.
A printer I bought a couple of years ago went, I had the extended warranty. The two managers one named Matt were very helpful in walking me through the process and also helped me pack the item to send back. Easy pleasant informative. I will shop there again as a result.
Warning do not get your business cards made here! I don't usually do this but here it goes. I placed my order for business cards online with my custom HD design looking beautiful, the next day they told me my business cards were ready for pickup so I made my 5 mile trip just for them to tell me they're not ready and there was a mishaps. I drive the 5 mi back to my house for them to call me 30 minutes later to tell me the cards are ready. I made the 5 mile trip back to the Staples when I received my cards they were flimsy faded and blurry. I refuse to pay for them made my 5-mile trip back to my house, that's 20 mi with today's gas and my time wasted for nothing thank alot. In these days and ages there's no accountability no pride no effort not even a sorry.stay away this place is no good.
Very disorganized. I ordered something online to be picked up in store. I received the text that it was ready to be picked up, so I went to the store the next day and was told they could not find my package. It took them 1/2 hour to figure out that someone put a different invoice on top of my package. I really felt like they were annoyed with me. Well at least I ended up getting my package. Organization is key
I know no one reads three star comments but I'll write it anyway. We ordered business cards. Everything is a little off center, which I notice because I pay attention to details like that. Also the cards were flimsier than anticipated and both sides were shiny when I thought I chose one side to be matte but maybe I'm wrong.
Either way, it's what I wanted, just the quality is a little off.
Had various copying jobs - and Gerald was very patient in helping me. He explained the detailed process to do my projects, and I was able to complete them quickly and efficiently. This store has great "customer service" and I will go there often - Thank you!
Clean store, lots of inventory on hand and staff greets every customer to see if they require any assistance.

I love Staples the machines that you can print things off your phone and scan them back are the coolest ever that's mostly what I do there the staff seems very friendly I have not had to really interact with them much I do enjoy being able to go in there do my thing and leave
Went in looking to have handouts printed for a family members memorial service. The girl I talked to in the printing area had an "i don't care" attitude and was really off-putting. I plan on avoiding Staples going forward. Also $180 for a 200 page print is a bit absurd.
If I could rate this place -5 stars I would. I'm 30 and literate. I'll tell you technology is not always on our side. Not o ly that I have been struggling for the past half hour trying to figure out this email-to-print option. Theres at least 4 associates in eyes view and not one person has asked me if I needed help. I even helped an elderly man myself to make a copy, the least I could do while I stand here waiting for the pdf files to download to their server. What a waste of time and coins.
Brought a package in this morning Sat. 30 around 10: 30am for ups and there was a guy sitting on his chair on a computer with earphones and totally ignoring me for 10 minutes. I finally asked the cashier for help and he must of heard them came over to help me. This store has the worst employees, this is not the first time having problems here
