Always short staffed. Rude staff not eager to help. Will not come back. Don't waste your money here.

You are getting one star due to the service of your dark hair Mike person at the printing service. No wonder! They two are working at printing department, slow, do not know their stuff at all. Need to be reconsidered for this position. MANAGER'S ATTENTION REQUIRED!
Zero star location. Have two machines for self-service. TWO! Not 20 and they even can't take care of them. Rude, lack of professionalism, lack of polite customer attitude and any knowledge. Will complain to the manager next time
We visited Staples today to search for a computer for my mother. We went to Best Buy first. The prices were higher and Best Buy tried to upsell us to more expensive products that were way more than we needed. We left and decided to look at Staples. General Manager Christopher assisted us here. He asked what our needs were and gave us very honest and expert information and advice that allowed us to make an informed decision. Like many places, they were short staffed. But let me tell you, the staff they do have is fantastic. In the end, we felt confident in the decision to buy a less expensive computer that would fit her needs but also fit her budget. We have already advised another family member to go to Staples and recommend that you give them a try over Best Buy as well. Thank you for hiring people that are highly knowledgeable, listen to customers, and care about their needs. Christopher, if you read this I want you to know that you are the BEST!
I was very disappointed to see 2 workers wandering the store without masks on. It stated clearly that everyone must wear masks when entering the store, this should include employees as well! I would have worn my mask regardless but can't stand the double standard. If your customers are required then so are your employees.
This is the third time I went into the store I had difficulty getting help with something as simple as printing a piece of paper. Today I went in there was a long line per usual at the self-service are. People were waiting in line she asked to two people in front of me did they need any help they told her no. She asked the same thing She then tells me that she has to wait on the people that were in front of me who is now currently waiting in the self service line. She grabs a customer prints out a piece of paper for her. I ask her what is the purpose of asking me what I needed and then you go and help other people. She tells me that she can print it but she’ll have to put me in the queue and it’ll be an hour wait. WHAT! I definitely won’t be given this store location anymore of my time or money. Also speaking to the manager is pointless.

Went to get 2 pieces of paper printed and self check out was backed up. Mya at the counter stated she couldn't print papers because she's about to be printing a big job. Although my phone was ready to scan and this would have taken less than to minutes she refused. I requested to speak with a manager (Michael Gut) who basically stated what he normally does when he works behind the counter and admitted that it would have taken less than 2 minutes, but it depends if self service is optional dependingon the preference of who working behind counter apparently. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS WORK. I was forced to use a machine that isn't being sanitized with the current pandemic while Mya started on her big job.
All five stars go to Juan who was running the print center tonight. He was patient courteous and efficient. An exceptional employee who deserves recognition from his employer.
Walked in store today to purchase a desk and supplies as I'm now working from home. Waited in furniture for 10 minutes and no associate was visible. I walked to the front and in printing asked an associate to send someone to Furniture. Waited 10 more minutes before walking out and not purchasing anything. Two associates were in a side room chatting it up. I'll find my desk somewhere that will staff to sell me something.
