Staples Print & Marketing Services, Largo FL

The copy and print services center is horrible. The services are lacking, the customer service is lacking, what you're able to do on your own is very limited and they nickel and dime you by splitting things up. I needed color photo copies on cardstock. I can't do that self-service so I asked to have it done. There was an additional fee to make the copies right then (its 8 am I'm the only one in the store) a fee to print and a separate fee the scan the photo. How is putting a sheet on the glass and pressing print three separate fees! Ridiculous!

I just went to get a sign printed for my 1 year olds birthday party. I had a great experience at this staples before, hence why I came back. Unfortunately the same person wasn’t here. The lady who was there, Brooke, told me “printing sign orders are done online”. I said I have done it in person before. She said it’s easier and cheaper online. Easier for who? Her or me? I am already there and am on a time limit. I asked to do it there, she looked annoyed. She then barely helped me figure out how I do it, then helped 3 more people ahead of me. So I decided to leave. Brooke obviously doesn’t want to work today. Someone needs to tell her that staples is a copying and printing center.

Well Brooke in The printing department is obviously understaffed and underpaid because the permanent look of discussed is forever on her face. Litterly any day you come in To staples you can’t ask her something with out a snotty response. If a customer needs help it doesn’t cost any thing to be polite. How sad that I had to actually tell her to be nice because I wasn’t to sure on something that she has more knowledge of … so hopefully she get more help in her department

Christopher over in the printing department was incredibly helpful with my project and I couldn't be more happy with how its come out.

Brooke in the Printing Department was SO HELPFUL! She was knowledgeable, patient, and helped me to find the best deals. I walked into the store feeling extremely stressed out, and I felt so much better by the time I left. I am so pleased by the service I received in their store.

Horrible customer service. I get it you work retail you're not always going to have a good day. You need learn to put on a phony face and not make it the customer's problem. Also maybe you should learn a little bit from office Depot when it comes to printing. The horrible customer service is the reason why I walked out and will always recommend office depot.

4 of us - all seniors - went to Largo Staples as we wanted to have a printout of our negative Covid results for upcoming travel. Benjamin patiently helped each one of us getting the results from our phones to their printer. He was so polite and courteous every step of the way. Such a breathe of fresh air with his customer service. He’s a keeper! Benjamin - you are awesome!

I wish I could remember the names of the two that helped me. I came in October 29th to the printing section for a welcome sign I had printed for a Bridal Shower I was hosting. The two employees behind the counter went so far out of there way to help me make the sign perfect. They really went above and beyond and it wouldn’t have been nearly as special with out their help. I am so grateful!

Updated 07/21/21: Judy and Chris in the print area are so helpful! I placed my order on line and was nervous that it wouldn't be perfect. Judy and Chris were so nice and I was impressed with the final product!

Christopher in the copy/print center is fabulous! He called about my order to let me know that it wasn't 100% crisp and a bit fuzzy. He printed out one sample for me to approve at the store. He waited until I got there to to make sure it was okay before printing the entire order. Very pleased with the high level of customer service.

This place doesn't answer their phones. Their hours of operation are incorrect. When I begged the manager to print me out 1 page. I would pay whatever she charged. She embarrassed her employees acting crazy!
She lost it! Very unprofessional. I told her it was an emergency and that I came from 20 miles away. She didn't care.

Brooke in printing made my experience here great, she was super friendly and made sure my images were perfect and suggested the correct sizes for all of them! Great customer service, I’ll be coming back here every time for all of my prints and office supplies.

Karl in the printing department went over and above in helping to copy and bind a major contract for me. Excellent Service!

A great store with friendly and knowledgeable employees. Ordered my prints at last minute at 1: 00am online and set it up for 8: 00pm pickup to get after work but they called at noon to say it was already done!

This Staples is usually on point. Staff is very helpful or have been anytime I've used this location. They've got a back to school sale that's ending tomorrow. 8/4/18 buy a backpack and get all other school items 20% off I believe was their special at the moment. My printer broke and I sell stuff on internet. They always print the label out free for me. Convenient. Great location

I print everything for my business here! They also make sure that my copies are quality and call me for anything they have questions about. The staff is so friendly and really work hard.

I couldn't believe they printed my resume from my email and told me " no charge". I will bring all of my business in the future here.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They do not have mobilized handicapped carts, and being disabled it's slightly challenging, it's quite a large store. Located inside they have a Copy Center and a self serve Copy Center which is cheaper than the regular copy Center. You can send and receive faxes, print and design all sorts of things, from business cards and stationary to signs. Everything in the store is pretty well priced, but when they have sales you can find some really good deals on office supplies and other related electronics, furniture, and peripherals.

Very friendly and fast service, when other staple store told me it'll take 24 hrs to print my stuff, it took only 15 min with them:)
