Horrible Service! Do not go here the attitudes where off they don't listen to what you request they do what they want as far as your request for the shape of your nails and what tools to use on your pedicure. I won't return my nails look bulgy I hate them. I asked for coffin they gave me these wide loopy things.

$40 gel manicure began falling off the next day. They wanted to charge me $25 to have it fixed. No thanks. Won't be returning.

This place is great! I’ve been coming here for years. They always do such a great job and the prices are great! This time, I brought in a picture of what I wanted done and she did such an amazing job! I also get my eyebrows done here and she does a stellar job every time. I highly recommend!

New to area, after a disaterous experience at Phoenix salon, i was estatic to find Star Nails. Kiu was the bomb!

Got my nails refilled and painted, they came out so good! They were so kind to me. The prices are super reasonable, definitely will be coming back ️

I was happy to have a manicure and pedicure. I didn’t like the nail art. But that’s often hit or miss. They offered me Christmas stickers and we ended up doing a candy cane design. I was looking to pamper myself and upgrade and this salon does not offer paraffin treatment. They did a nice job and price was reasonable.

I absolutely love their services here however I feel it unprofessional to turn a client away two days in a row when they arrive before closing each time (30 mins). I was told to come back tomorrow and then was turned away again. All I wanted was a gel manicure. If you’re not to take any more customers for the day, I would recommend turning off your flashing open sign. I will not be coming back.

I went to get acrylics done and the lady was very rough and seemed rushed with my hands. Couple weeks later I went to get them removed at a different salon and it was very difficult and painful. The other salon told me that it was due to the fact that this salon had filed my natural nails dangerously thin when applying the acrylic. Now my natural nails are extremely frail and damaged.

They messed my polish up, it just became a week and it looks clumpy already, they are rude and move very slow I look young and they tried to treat me as I was a child I highly don’t appreciate it

I randomly stopped by this nail salon for a pedicure and pleasantly surprised it was only $25! The most affordable I can find in Gainesville near campus. It was an hour wait since it was Sunday evening but I was warned about the wait. Kim was my nail tech. I loved the long feet massage and she took time to engage in conversation with me. Cut cuticles well and painted my toe nails perfectly! I just didn’t rate 5 stars because its not a luxurious spot, they should invest in the ambience and cleanliness. Wax eyebrows $10

Hidden gem! Great work, lots of color choices, and lovely staff. Always happy with their work!

Kim and Brandon have always been awesome with our services. We drive 45 minutes each way to see them. Worth the trip.

Friday went in for a gel mani and regular pedi it is now Wednesday and I have 5 nails lifting i called to advise and was told to come in to show her so she can make a decision and was told yes we can fix it but you would have to pay. I don't think anyone should be expected to pay for a service not done correctly.

My nail shape was amazing! Great color options. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! 100% recommend.
