You guys/gals at Star Nsurance are the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my tax filing because of the highest refund for a reasonable fee.

Even at times when I can't afford to pay a fee, U helped me out.
I'll be back next year.and thanks for helping me stay enrolled in "Obamacare".

Star Nsurance is exceptionally great.staff is very attentive the moment you walk in the door. They express a willingness to help. I love to utilize their tax service and have done this since I first started 3 years ago now. I will use no other tax preparation services besides Star Nsurance. Next, I will be shopping for car insurance through Star Nsurance.

I just had a lost in my family and I get treated like trash off the street by them. I was simply trying to explain a misunderstanding and Neal and some other woman were extremely rude, very unprofessional and I do not recommend them to anybody. They messed up on my taxes and now I have to suffer paying back IRS. I don't know how they can sleep at night and do this to people. I'm gonna leave it in God's hands. I have renewed 3 times through this company over the last year and a half. No wrecks, no tickets but every time I renew my insurance had gotten higher. It started off at around 279.00 a month and it's now up to 311.00 a month. I call to make my payment today and expressed my concern with the higher rates. I was told that if they would have done their job I could have paid a little more on my down payment and had a much lower rate. I then ask why no one would tell me that during my renewal especially since I was verbalizing how much I was concerned that the price kept going up. The lady said that I should know that that's common sense. As if I work in the insurance industry. Very unprofessional very rude. I have since contacted the general to let them know I no longer want to go through the marketplace/ Star insurance and I would rather just goes directly through them. I refuse to pay money for someone who's working for me and treating me with district.
