I ran into some unfortunate circumstances and needed a loan before the end of the day, although it was past regular business hours. I am so grateful for Star Pawn & Jewelry because literally at closing time, the owner Jose was shutting the lights off and opened the the door for me and let me in and the customer service was absolutely amazing, he was very fair and met my loan needs! Will definitely be returning if I am in need of a loan again, and to shop too! I had my eyes on some nice jewelry and a really cute Gucci belt! Hope they'll still be there! You'll have a place in my heart for going above and beyond in my time of need as I was that annoying last second customer! Thank you!

I dropped my jewelry off to get repaired and they did a great job. At a very fair price, I highly recommend them to all my friends I definitely will use them for now on.

Excellent customer service! It was dark when I was on my way to the store. The owner was kind enough to not only direct me over the phone but he called back as I was pulling in to ensure I found my way. The store is clean and smells nice. I got a way better bargain for my gold than I even imagined. I highly recommend this store.
