Recently our family needed a counselor to address an incident. I spoke to Sam and within an hour we were contacted by a counselor and an appointment was set up for 2 days later. Sam and staff should be commended for their dedication and professionalism. I highly recommend them.

The therapist really helped us with court ordered reunification. Highly recommend Star Point Counseling. Sam was very caring and compassionate. He took more than a few of my calls to explain billing, insurance and reports for the courts. He even took a few calls after 8: 30 at night, I was just going to leave a message and he answered. What other places will answer their phone that late. That showed me Star Point Counseling truly cares about their clients.

Bonnie the front receptionist deserves a raise she was exceptional in explaining to me everything how the billing would work given my children and l have different insurance and how the how process works paying out of pocket. Bonnie answered all the questions l had and she was quick to respond back to me. Sam the owner is excellent he took the time to speak to me regarding all my questions and concerns l had and even took my call late one evening for questions l had. Sam went above and beyond for me and l wasn’t even a patient yet. I didn’t end up being a patient due to other circumstances on my end, but l will use Star Point Counseling later in my life if l needed to and my circumstances were different.

I would give zero stars if I could.
It seems like they're professional gaslighters on here because I went there for one appointment.

Find peace in serenity. The owner is very professional and will help to the best of his resources even on short notice. I'd probe further but my financial situation is currently held up so I can't afford the services at this time. But I believe patience is a virtue surely.
