Darryl was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He showed up right on time and went above and beyond by cleaning the outside of my ceiling vents. The price was great and he didn’t try to sell things I don’t need. I’d definitely use Star Quality again.

I've never bothered to fill out a review before until now. Our tech was amazing and polite. Another reason why I'm glad we are with Star Quality Air. Kudos to their tech for making it obvious we made the right decision.

Dryer vent duck work cleaned. I give this company AAA+. James (The service Tech) was very professional and went straight to work. We have a very long dryer vent pipe. We are very pleased with this company and their professionalism. James also went above and beyond also cleaning our AC and pool heater side. Thank you Star Quality.

Did not resolve our AC system issue efficiently and effectively. They are understaffed, and unable to meet on call service request reliably and professionally.

I asked a price on 4 ton package unit girl said man had to come out to give estimate all I wanted was a price

My issues were resolved in an expeditious manner after I was able to speak to the owner of the company, Noah. He listened to my prior problems and immediately sent Livan to remedy the situation. Livan was knowledgeable, recognized the problem and remedied it. His workmanship was stellar. I would suggest that Livan teach his skills to the other employees. Thanks, Noah and Livan.

I had a fantastic experience with Star Quality Air, got exactly what was quoted and customer service kept me updated along the way.
Their technicians remove my poorly installed Rheem and replaced it with a state of the art Trane. I also had them replace all of the aging ducting and provide a solution for a bedroom that was warm. -Five Star Experience

Got a full install to include Ducts and vents. Everyone did a great job. AC and pump is quiet and works great.

Never had to wait for an appointment. Quick response time, arrived on time, and very fair pricing. The technicians have always been professional and polite.

We arrived at our Vero Beach home on a Sunday in August and found our air conditioning was not working. We called, and Star was able to send a repairman out by noon the next day. Dennis was our savior! Fortunately it wasn't anything major, and the repair cost was reasonable. Will definitely call them again, and we're strongly considering an annual maintenance contract. Top notch service!

They know what they're doing (technically), and they have fair prices, they're honest, prompt, and friendly. Not much more you would expect from an Air Conditioning company.

I had Star replace my aging/leaking A/C heat pump. The boys arrived at 9: 00 am and had it replaced and running by 3: 30 pm. Mike and Will did an excellent job with the installation (despite the excessive heat and humidity). Well done my friends. BTW, the price was 20% + less then other local companies. Highly recommended.

Star Quality is an amazing company. They answered the phone at almost 8pm tonight and my a/c was fixed by 9pm. This is the best a/c repair company I’ve ever worked with. Doug was prompt, professional, and quickly got our a/c fixed. This is a 5 star company!

It was absolutely the best experience I've had with a company in many years.
