2Terrible customer service and they are not able to serve customers who speak Spanish.
I'm not sure how to clearly rank this company as of yet. I called in this morning to get a price on concentrated sealer and the specs. When I asked what the coverage was per gallon the first girl told me that I needed to drive there and talk to someone in the yard they would have a better understanding of that. I live 37 miles away! When I simply asked about the specs for coverage again, she came back and told me we have to cut the product by up to 40%. That's not what I asked. Then a second woman got on the line with attitude and told me that there were many variables to consider. I told her I understood that but I could not do a bid without knowing general coverage specifications. So she informed me of a worst case scenario. However I did go on their website and hunted down the specifications that they both should know, and they both could have told me when I was pricing the sealer initially. Very disappointed that customer service does not know the general application coverage of the products that they're selling.
