Horrible staff, customer services here is horrible, special the girl that is working on the curbside area, a white girl with glasses and tattoos, horrible, she was rude to me, and demanding from me, I don’t work there, also the service is super slow, I don’t recommend that place, 18215 and biscayne Blvd, don’t go there people.

They did not make the order correctly. We also ordered for curb side, after waiting for 5 min we came in and they said they just got the order, to only tell us a second later that the order was ready and waiting in the online pick-up area. Over all not the greatest SB experience.

You’ll wait over 15 minutes at the pickup area for your online order and be ignored while your drink sits at the counter and gets gross. It wasn’t crowded and there were no apologies for the blatant disregard, either. Do better, kids!

Absolutely terrible! I have not been to this location in a long time and I don't plan on going back for a long time. I placed a mobile order and it took 25 minutes to produce a drink and there was no one else in line. After I complained about the long wait, they rushed the order and it tasted terrible. This location needs work!

The Starbucks ln biscain next to the fresh market in aventura was horrible the guy at the register didn't treat me well I wasn't feeling good and he made fun of it when I asked for more hot milk saying my coffee tasted bitter he replied u arnt feeling good it would tast like it to u. U said it yourself

Worst service ever! I waited over 30 minutes and they didn’t even do my order the right way. There was a lot of side chatter and not enough workers.

The staff at this location is top notch. Ive been to many Starbucks and I have yet to see one that compares when it comes to efficiency, manager here is hands on always involve, great multitasker.

Starbucks are always ok in terms of quality, but I really can't understand why they don't list what kinds of coffee they have. Do customers REALLY need to know all that BEFORE going there? And very often they fail to list every flavour of, say, latte, so you end up with the only one you know. Strange. Not customer friendly

Well it's Starbucks! That should say it all. However, when you need a good cup off coffee, you'll get what you expected.

I loved when I arrived that I was greeted by the beautiful ladies of this Starbucks: Flor, Elisa, and Valencia. I didn't quite know what to get but the girls were really helpful and friendly with assisting me in figuring out what would fit my tastes. They gave me a double chocolatey chip with a shot of espresso and it was exactly what I needed to go about my day. Thank you so much!

Excellent and fast service. I don't mind to come here every day and have coffee only to see Kal.

Went to this location to have a Blonde caffee. They did not have. They had only one type, which was absolutely awful. More than that we wanted to pay and had only $100 bill. They asked to come with change. Had to find coins to pay for. Not satisfied with the service nor the coffee choices. I would not recommend this location.

Amazing service, great hi-speed internet connection, sometimes freezing cold inside. Bring long sleeves

I’ts 9: 45 and the worker from start bucks employee told me I have to go because that are closing “ they supposed to close at 10: 00 pm

I been to this store on May 18 at 7: 10 PM and the lady was extremely rude. Horrible person who could never deal with public

This place has a very long line every time we visit. The place seems a bit pricey, but they will remake drinks that are not up to our satisfaction. The individual employees do seem to be doing their best to give each individual customer the best possible service. Therefore, if not for the long waiting in lines, there would likely be very good service which would otherwise justify the price.

Blondes break rules is a bad approach too good food coffee tea or me and they chose fear not good faith is judging lack of functional teaching because I know one who is of higher intelligence than that rule based on respect earned not who got free water or speak your mind means all not part you break rules fine is on my mind eF tornadoes protect s knew cmyk or rbg who is left out? Like usually the best of drinks, good food not cheap though, awesome Menu. Very great and refreshing, respectful staff

Love this Starbucks, the girls are so sweet and the girl training was very very good and made the drinks perfectly
