Starbucks, Tampa FL

This has to be the best Starbucks in town. Always leave there feeling great. The staff is so friendly, always just the best. Lizzy is a ray of sunshine.

The ABSOLUTE SLOWEST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO I WAITED IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR OVER 45 min no exaggeration!

A place to go for a refreshing beverage of iced chai latte with coconut milk or iced violet drink with berries.need I say more?

Ordered on the app. And it was ready within a minute. Says drive thru on the building.not sure if you can walk in, and order. So close to the airport and the workers have a laid back feel as if they'd be living in this sun coast state their whole lives.

Worst Starbucks in Tampa!

Regular coffee shop with drive through option. Service is fast but car parking for large vehicles is little tight.

Coffee was old (like really old) and tasted awful. Ordered two sandwiches, both were wrong item. Really terrible place. Awful.

While they’re usually gracious and kind, they NEVER have anything in stock. Ever. And forget about them having the holiday items for longer than 14 seconds. This seems to be a universal problem for Starbucks though I’m convinced it’s strategic marketing. They routinely introduce product that everyone loves and then they abruptly discontinue said item or just run out of it almost instantly. But I digress! Back to this location. They never have anything which is super frustrating. This isn’t my “normal” Starbucks but I’ve stopped in often as it’s on my route some days. They’ve rarely had what I want and they usually make it wrong when they do. Some locations are better than others but that’s not the case here.

I like this one. It's a lil different inside, I often wish Sbucks wasn't so cookie cutter, so if they're even a LIL diff, it's nice. Anyway, good service, a few nice places ta sit.

Always something wrong with my order it’s annoying and the staff honestly isn’t very friendly even when I try to be nice. Probably the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had.

As always good We get have a problem with one of the pumpkin drinks but they did make it right we went back to the store and they were super accommodating

Definitely the most prompt Starbucks in the area, orders are always done quickly and correctly! Great layout for studying and friendly staff. Take my money!

Starbucks on Howard is so well-managed. The manager is friendly. He knows everyone's name. The store is clean and has a real neighborhood feel to it. I love Starbucks sweet cream it tastes delicious in an Americana or cold brew.

I visit a lot of Starbucks & let me say for this location to get as busy as they do (imo one of the busiest in the surrounding areas) they do an impeccable job at traffic control. I’ve never had to correct nor repeat my order. My food has also been prompt and warm & let me not get started on the cleanliness of the location. When visiting the Publix across the street I always attempt to make it my mission to stop by. Especially after the early AM rush. I know some folks below have complained about wait times but realistically guys every Starbucks only has 2 available coffee espresso machines. That’s the trick of the trade. I’ll gladly wait 5-10 min for a handmade crafted drink to my own specifications as opposed to some other places that just serve generic pre brewed stuff. Also, another person complained about tips. In the 10 + years I’ve been a customer I’ve never seen them press anyone to tip. The jars just sit there. I don’t feel that jar called for a bad review. It’s like all industries where employees provide a service you can either tip or not. Your choice no ones forcing ya but don’t knock those who do.

I've only been to this location four times now in the past two weeks, every time I've asked for almond milk I've been given dairy and charged for the alternative, and the first time it was whole milk when they usually use 2% by default. Don't go here if you're lactose intolerant, they don't care.

It's so annoying to see a tip jar at a drive thru. It's not like it's cheap coffee. I didn't tip and i feel like if i did the worker would have had a better attitude.

Slow service on 4/14 at 12pm in drive thru. Boy at window has an attitude for no reason. Give the boy some coffee!
