Starbucks, Jacksonville FL

Love this place but hate the drive thru always being closed. With Covid it should be a priority to have open.

Really sugar shortage! Sweet and low every time I go to Starbucks they are out of something which they then blame on something.going to start going to Duncan

It's Starbucks! Staff is super sweet and work very hard and fast! Never had a bad experience here!

Best starbucks. Very quick service. My husband and I come here several times a week for the past 3 years since bought our home. Yes sometimes the drive thru is closed, oh well gotta go inside and get some steps in everyone that works here is very lovely. Thank you staff for making 2020 sweeter!

Drive thru is CLOSED! So inconvenient considering most Starbucks in Jax are only walk in. I’ve gone here twice both times to use the drive thru and it’s been closed. The parking lot is so small it’s dangerous when you have three cars who are trying to leave/find parking.

Very slow and unpleasant. Workers didn't seem happy at all and, I order the same coffee all the time white chocolate mocha.beware this is a vibe killing facility.

This is the closest Starbucks ton office so I tend to go here more than others. Every time I go they are super fast and friendly, can’t complain!

The drive through was closed at the Roosevelt store. Had to go to Oran he Park and then they didnt have one if the ingredients for my drink

Okay but why are they always closed randomly? Like in the middle of the day, they're closed. I just drove there and it's Friday at 6: 45pm and they're closed for the day. Like? Why? This goes for almost every other day during the week too. I've tried going by on other days at various times and they're just randomly closed.

This is likely the worst Starbucks in Jacksonville. It always seems to be out of normal items (i.e. Syrups) and the wait for a walk-in order is tremendously long. The parking situation is always a challenge. My last time there, the drive-thru was also closed.

This is a neat little Starbucks, fairly standard but also cleaner than some I've been to. They're discontinuing green tea though! I've gotten that drink all the time over the course of 6 or 7 years so it makes me pretty sad.
They still have plenty of other good options. Had no trouble with employees or customers.

A good Starbucks overall. The staff are nice. The drive thru is a constant pain to get in and out of with long wait times.

Randomly closes early, times never posted until the day of. Sometimes even just written in marker on a plain white sheet taped to the door. Usually very good service, but today they got my drink wrong twice with a rude window operator. If they're having a bad day, I sincerely hope it gets better for them soon. Staff changes constantly. Can't recommend this location.

This Starbucks is probably the worst one in the country. Never open on time. Always microphones are not working or power off or any other never heard before reason. Get the new Manager and fix that mess.

Y’all need to specify if you’re opened or closed. When you’re opened, pretty good store. However it shouldn’t be a guessing game of “will they be opened today? ”

This is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Not in terms of quality of their coffee/food, but in terms of their operations. Every time I go here I never know if they will be open. Half of the time when you show up either the drive thru is closed, the inside is closed, or they are closed for the day RANDOMLY. I do not understand how they run their business this way. Starbucks is known for its consistency!

Showed up on a random Tuesday at 2: 30pm and they are closed. That doesn't really make any sense and Starbucks is usually known for their consistency, but i guess this store makes up its own closing times.
