Starbucks, Merritt Island FL

The location is convenient, but the traffic flow into this particular one is weird. And people don’t know how to zipper and never really let this other group in. Mobile order is usually how I visit this place, park in another lot and walk over. Mask up (recommended, not mandatory) and then enter. Thank you to the service industry workers. I tend to overtip b/c I, for one, would never work in that industry. Keep up the great work- despite the “Karens” out there!

Not only did I get a tasty beverage but the person working the drive thru was a friendly angel who gave me secret directions to go look at some manatees and i went and there were so many manatees and it made my day. Give him a raise!

This store is always really good! I visit often and the staff is awesome and the drinks always turn out pretty decent! My second favorite space coast location I've visited so far!

Just once I would love for them to make my coffees correctly. Always an issue at this location never at the others I visit. The one blond girl that that wears her hair in a bun is very rude.

The WIFI at this location is always a drag. Joe is great, but they really need to hire an employee to stand by the router to push the reset button every 5 minutes. Pointless enjoying your cup of joe inside. Just go to mcdonalds to use there slow yet working wifi. Starbucks sandwiches are great but wifi not so. Hello Mickey D's. I'm loving it!

By far, the best Starbucks I have been to. The customer service is amazing, the vibes are great, the COFFEE IS DELICIOUS! I'm a big coffee person and when I tell you their drinks are bussin, ITS BUSSIN!

I have come here every morning with my brother to get coffee and the staff is just great.

Ordered the same thing I get from every starbucks caramel latte with a extra shot of espresso but what I got was a glass of caramel milk

They're not so organized today everything that was made was set on the counter for the drive thru customers and a few customers that were ahead of me had to ask if it was their orders sitting there just like I had to ask

One has to get sugar and creamer at the Order counter. They're not"set up yet". How long does it take as they've been in this location for years.

If you get the right barista they will know you by name and are super on it, some don’t have the same type of customer service though so you have to get lucky.

This location rarely makes a good drink. They don’t handle modifications well. Drive to Cocoa Beach instead, they’re nicer and they make the drinks correctly.

Fantastic drinks, fantastic customer service. Disappointing that only one drink gets made at a time but the service makes up for the lack of speed.

Baristas were friendly and ready to help. Our cake pops were delicious, the Bacon & Gouda sandwich never fails. The bathroom was clean, it made for a great stop after kayaking.

This Starbucks has great service and the drive thru line is usually quite quick. They have a person come out and take orders so the inside can get the orders out more quickly. They are rarely out of items but very good about marking those off on the drive thru signs.

Coffee was good went in ordered my coffee the lady asked what I like anything else. I said no she said okay your coffee is paid for someone paid it forward. Thank you

Aska (sp?) is the best thing about coming to this location. They are always so cheerful, making recommendations and polite.

I'm trying to speak slower and slower every time to get my order right the first time, but someone prepatjng my drink was nice enough to correct the order at my request before it was made.thank you! Busy place, and they're busting their butts!

Very good place for some good coffee and a good atmosphere to study and hang with friends. Staff is overall good. Only thing is that sometimes they will get my order wrong by not giving me the right size or not adding whip cream or something like that, but otherwise I haven’t had many issues. Very solid coffee place.

I spend a lot of time here to have my favorite coffee and they always have my puppy cup which drives my little dog crazy. Thank you so much for your help

Friendly and great atmosphere. I haven't had any issues but once with getting an order mistaken and that was months ago. This place has always been cheerful and provided professional attention when at the window or waiting in line.
