21Came to work very rude behavior, no inside dinning which was stupid, Went down the street to the other Starbucks which had much better employees interior dining and better tasting coffee will not return to this Starbucks ever.
I went there spur of the minute to grab some coffee for my husband and i. It looked like getting our coffee would not take to long. Boy was I wrong. It 20 minutes to get our coffee order as the store all does pickups and there were quite a few in line for that.
The baristas are super friendly and on top of things. My drink has always been made right and they even call out what order they’re working on. One of the best locations I’ve been to out of multiple states.
The wife made an online order via the app to this store. Unbeknownst to her the app rerouted the order to the other store in town. After waiting around 30m we showed the Mgr our predicament. They were SUPER busy but promptly made our order so we wouldn't need to trod further into town to grab food and drinks to kick off our drive back to Ohio. Dedicated to customer service.
Only early morning did I get to sit for awhile waiting in the drive thru. Most times breezed thru. Lattes are always Good and the employees service is kind, patient and know how to take orders properly.
I'm not much of a coffee guy I don't like Starbucks much cuz it's just too expensive for a cup of coffee I go to the TomTom cost me $0.99 cuz I'm a senior citizen but anyway I think the copies all overrated and too strong they don't sell breakfast or nothing not much I guess you can buy some milk just coffee maybe a donut or maybe a sandwich or something but it's really expensive so I'm giving Starbucks till 3 rating
Super rude, they have their headphones on and can clearly hear me and decide to not say anything this store usually closes at like 9pm. Now its 7pm apparently but they could have told me that instead of ignoring me. Had their backs turned to me with their headphones on! Ridiculous
I’m hardly one to leave reviews, but I must say, this is the Starbucks to be. Although very busy, the staff handle the crowd with such ease and efficiency I hardly notice it’s that busy, every time I go in I’m welcomed by friendly staff. Kyler was particularly helpful this morning! Not to discredit the other employees I simply didn’t catch their names, every time I go is a pleasant experience, great job Starbucks!
Burnt coffee is nothing new for a visitor of Starbucks but this time we also waited for about 25 minutes (with only 2 cars in front of us). I would avoid Starbucks and go somewhere else, but if you must, try going inside this one or only visiting when there are no other cars.
Placed an order on the app for pick up. Arrived 25 minutes later and the order still was not done. There were 30 people waiting inside the Starbucks for their orders and about 8 in the drive thru. Probably need to beef up staffing during summertime.
I loved the staff they were very kind and polite. I love their cappuccinos and the caramel crunch cappuccino was great also
I am boycotting Starbucks at this location. I have a bad experience ordering my drinks. I felt I was discriminated because I’m am Asian. Hes not compassionate and has no heart. I’m not afraid of my review. To the guy who worked at the window in 6/12 around 11: 30-11: 45am, this review is for you. Treat others how you wanted to be treated. Karma do come around.
Update: past few times I have been here Starbucks had had better trained employees and appears to be making a turnaround

Super busy location. Don't be in too much of a hurry. But they're friendly and fast! And the coffee is great 10/10 would recommend
I don’t like Starbucks, but I love this Starbucks. Talk about impeccable service. I will definitely be back. I was there the other day and Paislie the cashier really made me feel valued and appreciated. Great service!
Extremely slow! Only Starbucks around in a very popular tourist destination, they should be much more prepared to handle a line more than 3 people long. As a local, they’re still not as fast as other locations but it’s much worse during spring break and summer.
Busy location but the staff is great, they work quickly and efficiently and it only took me a week of daily visits for the staff to remember me and help me out sometimes by making my drink a little earlier, since I work in the area cleaning up after tourists. But again, it’s always super busy. If you’re a tourist, you should try to venture out and try local coffee shops and let workers get in and out of Starbucks.
Waited 40 minutes for drinks. They didn't have 2 of my 3 drinks. Spoke with employee twice. The manager was not polite and seemed to be ok with those minor details. Im a local and nurse at the hospital next door and will not return to that store.
The staff is always very friendly but this is probably the slowest Starbucks drive thru I’ve ever encountered. Save yourself tons of time and just go inside.
Had a LONG WAIT to get my hot peppermint mocha drink. I thought barista forgot me️ and had to remind them. I also ordered my drink extra hot and it was like warm
