Starbucks, Apopka FL

I always have a wonderful experience here. Service has been great and everyone is cordial. Most importantly, they always get my order right.

I hate when you go through the drive-through and leave only to find out you got the wrong coffee even though it had my name on it

I think people just come here to see how complicated they can make a coffee order but the restaurants nice.
Starbucks does need to fix the payment system so we can add a tip with our debit card!
And customers need to go online and ask for this.

Love this place and the employees are amazing! But management needs to update the hours on here. I’ve gotten here twice and they aren’t open at 6 PM it’s been 6: 30.

Pumpkin spice, pumpkin spice and more pumpkin spice. Can't get enough! When that season is over, then it is the salted caramel cold brew. Thank you Starbucks.

The kids working there used to be nice. Now its seems to be a bunch of kids with attitude and when you ask a question they argue rather than kindly talk to you or answer. Seriously the prices are outrageous for what it is! I make a better latte at home. And my sandwiches are fresh not premade.

Incorrect store hours. It says they close at 9: 30 i got there at 9: 05 & the store is closed. Dont waste your time!

Everybody at this location is absolutely amazing. This is my go to location and I have never had a bad experience. I have dropped my coffee in the parking lot and they have insisted on replacing them for free. It seems like everybody goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with a smile. I have even showed up five minutes before closing and everybody still greets me with a smile and genuinely seems happy to make my drink for me even though I know they are ready to clean up, lock up and go home. The people at this location truly make me smile every single time. I cannot say enough good things about the Amazing people at this location. If you’re in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by

I stopped off to get a coffee at Starbucks my app is messing up for some reason it will not combined gift cards and current money that you have on the app but the kids their are really awesome they are actually hooked took care of me thank you so much

This Starbucks is always crazy busy. The workers are always really friendly and I don’t think this is a staffing issue (although if it is, Starbucks should pay their employees better so they can attract and retain more talent). I only come here if I have 20-30 minutes to spare because if not It’s not worth it. I’ve had to leave after waiting 15 minutes for a coffee. Again, not a worker issue because they’re all working hard. I think Starbucks should probably open another location in the area because clearly there is a demand. Starbucks, I know you’ve got the money, give the people what they want!

This location has the worst customer service ever. They took awhile to make my drink and even I was last when I came before the other customer and they didn't taste good either. This is my last time here for this location.

On this last visit, the breakfast sandwich I ordered took well over 10 minutes after the coffee to come out.

Starbucks is one of the places you either love to hate OR hate to love. I think they are insanely overpriced. But I do go there once in awhile. I'm finding that Dunkin is just about as good but their prices are almost as high as Starbucks. And you gotta love to hate the way Starbucks just keeps sucking you in. And in case you didn't know the prices are different Cold versus hot drinks. Go figure - only at Starbucks. They bend you over

This was the slowest Starbucks I ever went too. I know you all can do better. The drive thru was backed up for ten minutes because a black truck didn't move forward then when I went inside it took forever for my drink. My drink was good but she still missed my extra whip as I ordered and it showed on my cup. God bless you all!

Love this Starbucks. I live in the area and frequent this spot quite often. They are always moving as quickly as humanly possible and there is always a line of cars outside. It always looks like it's going to take forever and they are just getting people in and out as fast as they can.
One thing that I have noticed is that they do an excellent job of learning regular's names and coffee orders.i sometimes use the app and sometimes pop in and when one of the team members remembers me and calls be my name, i know they are going the extra mile.

Sometimes I'm in and out, sometimes I sit here for a minute. BUT.the orders are always right, and the employees are always nice.

I simply asked for an extra shot in my wife's Frappuccino and was told no, we don't normally do that, but you can order a double. I pay these inflated prices for a custom drink, or I could just buy a bottled drink. Now I understand why more Starbucks are closing than opening in Central Florida.
