May was awesome at the drive thru with a smile.the entire crew was great awesome service in style.there was a line but.it was worth the wait:)

I ordered on the mobile app. I got there right at the time it was suppose to be ready. I waited another 20 mins. When I mentioned it to the barista she and he was rude. I get y'all are busy but I ordered over 30 mins ago. People that came in after me were getting their orders and I still was waiting. Then she took her time and I mean moved really slow. It was ridiculous. I won't be back.

The WORST starbucks I have ever ordered from. Bathroom was DISTGUSTING! The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks, toilet paper everywhere on the floor, toilet paper holder was empty, trash can was full. It was so bad that I walked out and decided I'd rather pee in a parking lot. Walked out and the floors and tables were dirty with food and trash and to top it off, the coffee was so bland, it tasted like water. Very disappointing

Pay attention to what is ordered to make it right. Thank you. But of a liquid diabetes place! Do better

I said Hello/Excuse Me several times and the baristas refused to help me. If customers are looking and employees are pretending not to hear or see you, there’s a problem.

At least 6 employees in the building, so they weren’t short staffed. I won’t be back.

Quick and pleasant service. Enough availability for seating. I was looking for a wall plug but otherwise wouldn't have noticed the dirty floor.

Number one, this Tallahassee location gets EXTREMELY backed up, not Starbucks fault, but the entrance to this plaza needs a TOTAL redesign because area "rush-time" traffic can cause major delays. Combine this issue (when others are ordering) with too many coffee options and customer indecisiveness and you will have a slight temper tantrum guaranteed every time you want a coffee, or if you're just trying to enter the parking lot for one of the many other businesses there. Suggestion, try Lucky Goat Coffee. Tastes better anyway.

They were very busy and cycled through the rush expertly. I know a few fast food restaurants that could stand to take a few lessons from this shop.

The drive-thru blocks traffic and makes it difficult to get into the plaza. I don't need coffee what I need is to mot be stuck in a line to go to Trader Joe's! This shouldn't be allowed.

Rude, Oder online said ready for pickup, come in the shop waiting for another 20 minutes and been told by a guy work there said “ it come out when it come out “ and tell me to get my refund. Rude

Came by a little after 6pm and line was to the road. Came back at 7: 17pm and store was closed with hours posted they were open until 10pm.

I only go to Starbucks when a family member gets me a gift card. Coffee @ home vs $5+ day is part of retirement strategy

Very fast service! Super friendly staff as well and my doggo loves coming to the drive thru with me for the Pup Cup she gets! (Just a cup of whipped cream) lol one of her favorite treats! I will say the location can suck at times given how many people love getting Starbucks coffee, making the line back up well into the street, which blocks a lot of traffic in the right lane.

We come at 6: 44pm on 12/28 which is not a holiday and no store hours are cut short yet this store which on their website says closes at 10pm told us they were “closed” and did not offer any explanation. Horrible experience and a waste of a stop during a road-trip.

Waited 2 hours to get a sandwich, 4 times I heard different excuses, my breakfast turned into lunch, staff didn’t communicate, if it wasn’t for the kind Red haired lady that just began her shift, I wouldn’t have gotten my order.

There was a problem with my order and I asked to speak to someone. Sasha listened to me and resolved my drink issue with no problem. You go, Sasha. You are appreciated.
