Starbucks, Orlando FL

It's an average Starbucks like no other. Lines are almost going out the door since it's in a university. I'm more surprised by the lack of customer service, though, in this particular Starbucks. They have 5 or 6 employees every day, yet it takes them so long to make the drinks when there's barely any line in the morning. It's annoying to wait for your drink when you only see three people doing work while the rest of them stand and watch chattering with each other.

Pretty good but if you are ordering a refresher order light ice, if you don't you will get ice with refresher not the other way around. If you like a decent amount of ice I recommend ordering a cup of ice on the side or a cup of water with ice.

Worst service. Every time I get my hot coffee, they serve me already cold coffee. This time I asked for sugar and without any apology I was told that "we don't have sugar". Completely disappointed.

Great service, coffee is amazing 9/10 times. It's busy alot during the fall/spring semesters with a long wait, but if you go during class hours it's not as bad, and it dies down progressively through the semester. The staff is always super friendly and the place is very clean!

Normally pleased with this Starbucks but today I tried the dragon drink and while it was AMAZING, I literally got ONLY 4 sips out of it before it was gone. I paid $5 for a CUP OF ICE. My drink was gone before I even made it to class. Really upset about that. And I'm still so so thirsty.

Started charging for milk and syrup in an iced coffee? Not worth the additional price when it's already hard enough to find a seat after waiting 20 minutes. Would be one star if not for the employees.

Edit: Seems they have changed this practice for the time being, thankfully!

If you walk in, the line is almost never too long, but drive through can be crazy (and it makes sense since it is the closest to UCF campus). I ordered a simple caramel iced coffee with milk and they managed to screw it up. They did *try* to remake it when I asked them to, but it was still not made correctly. I didn't have time to wait around for them to remake it again so I just left. This not my first bad experience with this particular Starbucks location.

Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I xac justify paying so much for a drink when it comes out the way it's supposed to, but this location does not keep up with the Starbucks standard of drinks.

I recommend going to the Starbucks near knights circle, the one in the Waterford Lakes plaza, or even the Starbucks on UCF campus before coming to this one.

Good if not there from 8-3pm

This place is crowded and always felt like its understaffed.

Its great after 3pm when no one is there. Finding a place to sit is a roll of the dice and finding one with a plug is even harder.

Slowest service ever. Making orders from online while I stand and wait for my order, and no one else is in the store.

This Starbucks is better than others outside the campus I think. But it’s too busy during the daytime. You need wait a looooong time to buy a cup of coffees. So most of time I took a break there but don’t buy a coffee. They decorate the store pretty well and have many seats to take a break. But you could imagine how busy on the school days. Anyway, this is a still a good choice if you want a place to rest and get a coffee.
