No straw or napkins with order. In drive thru. I had to ask.
Wow.just a letdown, wont visit there again

Ridiculous wait time. 7 employees, 4 standing around doing nothing and the remaining 3 act brand new.

Ordered one thing and everyone who came in after me got they drink before me and ones who just ordered got they drink before me smh I ask the girl at the register about my drink she said he making it but he wasn’t he made everyone drink before he finally came to me and asked what I had smh

Worst customer service ever! Came here to order my usual A venti hot coffee. Person who took my order over the drive they was rushing me very rude and I had to repeat myself several times for my order which only consist of two items. Then get up to the window; NONE of the employees had their hair back or in hair nets when they all had extensions in all while around food and drinks (very unsanitary!) then the girl handed me a grande sized drink, I told her I ordered a venti and she said they were out of the venti sized cups however I wasn’t told at the drive thru speaker that they were out and then I asked for a receipt after I asked I if they charged me for a venti they refused to give me a receipt for my purchase. Poor management and poor poor customer service. Worst Starbucks ever!

I always go to the same Starbucks on Dunn Avenue and the same girl always makes my shaken espresso perfectly. Great attitudes even when they are in the weeds.

The staff were very nice and understanding! They were closing at 3 pm for the holiday schedule and we entered at 2: 58 pm as a party of 7 people and they still offered to serve us. They got the drinks very fast and ay a very good quality! What I think was the manager made sure that we got all of our drinks and accommodated any extra necessities we requiered. Very diligent, definitely the Starbucks we needed four our 18 hour trip!

Ordered on the website and the item I ordered was not available in the store it would be nice if the websites could be updated. ALSO me and my boyfriend drinks had NO SUGAR whatsoever. Do you have to order the sugar too? I’ve came here multiple times and the service and drinks were great but not today.

Starbucks on Dunn Avenue is nothing but a joke I get there today there's slow as molasses get to the window to get my frappa they tell me they have no straws I ask for a refund cause you can't drink a frampa without a straw then they tell me all our printers are down I can't give you a receipt. Dont waste your time go to the one at river city

An hour for 2 cups of coffee and then can’t pull out totally blocked in for 20 minutes since there is no proper lanes formed. Hard pass especially if you’re traveling

The drive thru line is wrapped around the building daily, I think they have a problem with the time it takes them to serve each car. Most of the time my drink is made wrong, and this is on a weekly basis. Sucks to see a a starbucks so consistently disappointing.

The lady that says what can I get rockin and rolling and popping for ya kills me dude. The drinks are always made right no matter when I get there, but that lady kills me with that lol shes is SO nice and it's nothing against her at all. I'm probably just awful but I cant lol

Probably the slowest Starbucks I think I have ever been to. It doesn’t matter if you mobile order, order inside or in the drive through, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for a simple coffee order.

Mixed bag each time I go. Great to Fair service, $ varies each time. Over charged more than dozen times.

Came in from out of town, hands down worse experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. Unfriendly staff working with 2 airpods in and then act annoyed when you ask a question and get their attention. Don't recommend anyone go here with this staff.

It's a hit and miss! Your drink never be the same. Something is always off! Great customer service.like they say everyone don't know how to mix or make coffee

They are a little short-handed, so there's always a little wait. However, they always get my order correct, and the employees are always friendly when I go.
