Morning staff on 9/21/22 does not have great customer service. They are not friendly and have attitudes.

Wait a while for my togo order. I almost thought I placed it at the wrong location on Bay to Bay. But once I asked, they found it on the lineup

Super Friendly. I wasn't sure of what I wanted the day I went there, and explained to the barista what I liked. What she recommend was THE Best Coffee Ever! (. Salted Caramel Cold Brew with a little bit of cream) ️
It was the perfect balance of full coffee flavor, with the perfect amount of sweetness.

Walk-ins wait in the queue with the online orders. There’s no incentive to getting a quick caffeine fix. With 6 people working, maybe focus one on the register. We cancelled our order and left.

I had a package going to a business within the premises. The manager on duty was kind enough to assist me locate where I was going. That was nice

Man, I want to hate Starbucks but kid loves this place and they do make a damn good chai tea latte.

Good service as usual. My Frappuccino weren't as delicious as they once were but overall good.

Do not order through mobile. Took TWENTY minutes for drink to be ready. They will make order quicker if you order at counter.

The line was out the door. Which is fine. But when it was my time, the barista asked me for my order was not in a good place. Maybe because this place is corporate and the coffee was burnt. Xq

Bay to Bay is my favorite store. They are always prompt, professional & greet everyone w/a smile. My daughter & I visit at least 4x's a week & by far.its our favorite
