I live nearby. I usually make my own coffee but occasionally venture out. I tried chain coffee about 10 times in the last 7 months and two out of those 10 experiences were from this place (the other 8 times were from Dunkin). Worst Starbucks I've ever experienced. I like things simple yet the coffee is cold and I ordered a cappuccino that seemed a few days old once I drank it. Very disappointing. C'mon Starbucks, get your $hit together.

April 2022: My mobile order wasn’t started until after I had been waiting in the lobby for 5 minutes, by the time it was finished the drive thru was empty. What’s the point of ordering ahead? I had placed the order 10 minutes before arrival and was a simple tall chai tea latte. This isn’t the usual standard or service at this location.

Edit: since my last review this location has greatly improved. My order was ready ahead of time and the staff were kind and pleasant. Looking forward to ordering from here again in the future.

Was the worst Chipotle I have ever had. No guacamole, the sour cream was like liquid and the red sauce was so hot it ruined the food. And I am not a stranger to spice I like it spicy and hot but this was the hottest Chipotle I ever had. I ate it but my kids couldn't even finish because it was abnormally hot.

Treated like garbage by a Barista after standing up to a sarcastic Customer for his pushy attitude towards Her. As a reward She called 911 and asked me to leave. Only being treated like this because I am a poor member of this community. Extremely disappointed in Starbucks Corp for not Training this woman

I enjoy going to Starbucks now because I am so used to Tim Hortons I am from Canada but its a very pleasant experience and place too be at I get sit back in a cozy leather chair and slip on my coffee or hot chocolate i was there for about 4 hours Thank u staff

They never have croissant, and when they have it they give y the wrong order, or some weird croissant.or they can’t add protein to it

Really slow with only one employee making drinks. Starbucks should either staff the location properly, provide an accurate time that orders will be ready or close the place down. People don’t want to wait an hour for their drink.

This Starbucks is always busy and they never have oatmilk. Definitely recommend doing a mobile order here.

This place really needs to learn how to forcast and keep inventory, they kept telling me they had what I wanted to order, then saying they actually didn't, so after a couple of attempts, I just ordered a coffee, which they tried to charge for $10 for. Needs new management.

Super slow and rude baristas - after waiting 10 minutes at the store for an order I had placed well in advance on the app I asked for an update on my drink only to be told to ‘wait patiently and not rush them’ while making drinks. The cold brew machine stopped working and all 5 baristas stopped everything they were doing to gather around and watch while giggling and gossiping. I’d ordered my drink with oat milk - and my drink completely curdled and separated by the time I walked from the store to my car. Total waste of money and time.

I always drop by here on the way to work.
I sometimes get a wrong order but people make mistakes.
Staffs are very kind and helpful.

Allison was so so amazing! She was so thoughtful with accommodating dietary restrictions and made an amazing surprise drink. The best barista in all of Tampa. Please give her a raise

I love this Starbucks, I came here frequently when I resided in Tampa, FL! The staff were always SO nice, my order always came out right, and the drive-thru always tended to move relatively quickly when I visited this location (mostly on weekend mornings). Highly recommend! However, make note that the parking lot can get super busy, during lunch hours particularly, as there is a Chipotle right next door.
