Starbucks, Kissimmee FL

I was at the location at 5am, 5: 30 they still dont want to open, lazy employees bad management.

The person working the window this morning at around 7: 45am was not friendly at All. Have an attitude when I asked for a stopper and I said please. Then said thank you. And got nothing in return. A person like that should not be working the window I know I have dealt with way better employees who have been bubbly and upbeat attitudes. Please change that for your customers sake and services. Thank you

The atmosphere in this shop is always good. People just studying and others working quietly. Very friendly employees!

This my daughter favorite coffee shop! Very convenient and right near her ice skating facility. Service is immaculate and the atmosphere is always pleasant

I don't remember her name (petite and brown hair at the front counter) but she was SO SWEET and patient with my daughter while she was trying to order a tik tok drink, unless it has an actual name? ! And the drink turned out AMAZING! Thank you so very much! I really appreciate it.

We literally ordered our drinks and sat down, and before the last person of our party could get their drinks a staff member approached at our table and told, we needed to prepare to leave immediately.

We were confused and said we’re still even missing a drink, we were told we could wait for the drink, but then we had to leave.

Mind you, there was still more than 2 hours left until closing. When we asked if there was a reason why the restaurant was being emptied out so abruptly, we were told, “we’re having some issues”.

I think it would have been reasonable to give people 30 min at least or let us know when we were ordering.

The way everything was handled was just in poor taste.

Usually go thru drive thru. Today decide to come in the store and was a bit disappointed. Looks to me like the drive thru has become their priority. I stand in line for 4 min with no one in front of me. Coffee was good.

This morning I made a mistake ordering food from the other store on the US192. As I realized my mistake, two member of the team comforted me saying they will take care of my order in that store. Despite very busy at the moment, they did that with smiles in their faces without charging anything from me.

Hands down Mariel did her thang today! I got my mocha with two shots of expresso in less then 5mins

They said “welcome in” but then nobody waited on me so after 5 minutes I left because I had to get back to work! Sad customer service!

Very disappointed, first time trying pumpkin latte and this new location, no whipped cream and almost half cup empty, size grande.

Love getting my green tea lemonade and a double smoked bacon in the morning everyone's so friendly.

I just want a regular cup of coffee. Cream no sugar. Got the first cup with sugar. Apologies accepted. 2nd cup. Coffee is way too strong. Already have hair on my chest. Don't need more. Got cup of hot water. Watered my coffee down. Perfect Amundo. All that designer's coffee is NOT for me. But that's just me. Other customers seemed OK with it.

The staff were very friendly and professional. They did mess up a couple utens that we ordered. As soon. As we addressed it with them, they immediately made sure to give us the correct items and were very kind about it. The location was very clean and had plenty of parking spaces. Definitely would visit this particular location more often when getting starbucks.

Staff was friendly. Place is a decent size to grab a drink, study or do some work. Easily accessible location too.

This is by far the only Starbucks I will sit and actually enjoy my Coffee. The baristas are top of the line. Not only with the Coffee but with the people. They sure make my morning every time I come. This is the farthest Starbucks from my house and I drive it just to see them…
