Starbucks, Fort Lauderdale FL

If you want your order to not be ready when it's supposed to and never receive the correct order, this is the perfect Starbucks for you. They seem incapable of making my drink hot. Every single time it's given to me iced and the barista does not care whatsoever.

I come to this location 7 days a week, Erica and Jessica are the BEST! Always friendly and go above and beyond.

No thank you for the tip I left. When I asked for a bag for the three items I had the girl behind the register said that they're low and can't give them out. No fork and knife was given to me and I wasn't going home. 11/03 went through the drive thru and asked for 11 pumps of classic (simple syrup) in my coffee and it tasted like half of that. 11 pumps should be very sweet and it wasn't. On top of that the lady at the window repeated my order back to me three times! Annoying!

Place blows… never make the drink right and when they remake it still bad…. The Davie location way better!

Staff provides poor service and acts as if they hate working their. Why work in the service industry if you don’t enjoy serving others? I watched the barista spill half my drink order while attempting to poor it into the cup. The extra that fell on her hand, she scooped right into the cup directly from her bare hand (not sanitary at all and quite disgusting to be honest). She made the drink wrong, and upon me asking for it to be remade correctly the other barista who stepped in to help had an attitude as well. Lesson learned, aesthetics look good but the service doesn’t match. Tighten up Starbies! Never again…

My favorite Starbucks. The staff is always changing but the good attitude of the employees stays the same. Everyone is treated the same. The line was long but I didn't mind because the staff ran the place like a clock. I treat my lady to her favorite almond croissant. She loves them.

Most of the staff is super friendly, although the few times I've been in here, the manager (or who I believe to be the manager) talks down to the employees, as if they're uneducated and looks at them like "how can u be so dumb? " I almost said something to an employee who was yelled at and told to "get it together! " Literally in front of about 6 customers. As a manager myself (not at a starbucks) you don't do that in front of customers, it's a bad look for the establishment. Overall the atmosphere is bright and nice.

This location looks way better than the old one in 17th Street. I am glad they moved they have drive through everyone asked. Please move all reviews from the old location to this one. It sounds like it is a really bad location which is not true. It is good location.

Poor service I waited for this Starbucks to open up, and after visiting I’m super disappointed they claimed to be out of everything I asked for how can a fairly new location not have pastry’s and cold brew. It’s not even busy. Please get people that want to work and prep accordingly.

Wasteful, slow, then lie to cover up their slowness. I’d rather you just tell me you’re backed up then make up a lie.

Great ambience! You can work in the place while having coffee or any other snack. Enough room to sit inside, not so many outside.

The staff is nice here. They immediately apologized for printingmy name wrongly. That was quick service. Love it. Will surely visit again here.

It’s Starbucks, they seem to be hit or miss but ordering ahead is helpful during busy hours.
