Starbucks, Pinecrest FL

I don't like to do bad reviews but today when I get to Starbucks the food and everything always excellent but I don't like is 9: 09 AM in the morning it's really hot and the have one in employee outside sweating 86 degree.he can take the order inside the store we AC I don't think He need to be outside with this sun. I spoke with a manager name soraida and she said I'm going to fixed it hopefully she do something about it.

SUPER NICE! Ask for Venus. She’s awesome. She gave me a free Almondmilk sugar cookie Latte. Best Starbucks I’ve ever been too!

Absolutely one of my favorite Starbucks of all time. I have been going to Starbucks for over 22 years. This store particularly has never failed me. They are always so pleasant and my order is always accurate and ready when I walk in. Thank you for all your amazing work!

Worst Starbucks experience. Tasted appallingly foul. I rather eat mud. Order a Frap, got a hot drink? Don’t know who made my drink. However, it was disgustingly evil. Watered down coffee, drink tasted straight up like syrup. If I could give a zero, I would.

The MOST awful Starbucks. My “drink” was so offensive. Pure wickedness served up plain and simple. Literally go anywhere else to get a coffee, or just opt to making your own. I would rate it with a –5 stars if I could. Don’t waste your hard earned money here. Smh. ‍️

The worst service I got at Starbucks. They had to do the coffee 3 times and the second time the barista with an attitude and a sarcastic laugh asked me if I wanted the money back. I do not recommend this location at all. Happened just now at 7: 113 pm

Starbucks here is the same as over there. Friendly service, high quality, and made to order.

I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and no one took my order. I then drove up to the window and waited while she took the order of the car behind me on the speaker. After 10 minutes of waiting, I left without being serviced or acknowledged.

Online states they open at 5am arrived at 10 after 5. The drive thru board was lit up but no one spoke I drove up to the window and there was a young lady there prepping. She looked right at me and kept walking. At 5: 27 another employee (who loomed at me several times and kept walking) opened the window and said they now open at 5: 30. I asked if I could wait there the 3 additional minutes she said yes and looked bothered.

Drive thru was opened, they took my order made my mother laugh which also had them give me the wrong food but they made up for it once I spoke up and got to get the food I wanted it quickly without another request no fuss

What a pleasant time at this Starbucks!

Is located on a shopping center on US1 and their parkiNg lot is not that big but I got my space.

They have a few tables outside but I sat inside where I was treated amazing by all the staff and specially this lady that I think she might be the manager.

I worked there for 3 hours and she kept on coming to check on me if I was on or if I needed anything.

Because the way I am, I also noticed that she was equally nice with everyone too and making sure everything was in order. She helped the workers too and all with a great attitude.

I loved it.

This time o decided to order the new pistachio latte and it was good, I was worried that might be a little bitter but it’s turned out to be just perfect to me and not too sweet!

I wanted water and they were playing with me a pit whip cream on top and blended it with ice and not going to lie it was BUSSIN for a few minutes

Horrible, rainy day 2/9/22 treating grandson and myself to hot cocoa and a cake pop, we both disliked the taste ‍️ should have went to 7-Eleven. Took it home to doctor it

The worst Starbucks! They don’t seem like they want to be at work, super dry personalities and very unhelpful. Don’t even bother getting the cold foam because they give any foam. Don’t waste your money at this Starbucks.

Most efficient drive-thru service I've ever had. The woman who was on the intercom was clear. There was no confusion, she spoke calmly and got our semi-complicated order entirely correct and made it look easy. There was no need to shout for the intercom and we didn't need to repeat our order at all.

She definitely stuck out and made our day better with how smooth the service was. There are a lot of people who are bad on the intercom. She was GOOD.

Lol. Good enough to go out of my way to leave this review. Yes I did order a cup of just java chips. Yes if you are the intercom lady reading this, you are amazing and I hope you have a day as great as you!

I purchased some cheese sticks, I believe a tea, and the parfaits. Generally starbucks wifi is really good and have used it a number of times when needeed. They usually have open bathrooms and the drinks are pretty good. I like emporer's cloud and mist with 3 bags. If getting coffee, I like the Veranda blend coffe. Overall good

Fast service in the morning, super slow service in the afternoon. Just spent twenty minutes in the drive through.
