The least organized Starbucks I’ve ever been to - waited to order for 5 minutes (no one in front of me!) and no one took my order, said hello, apologized for the wait. I can understand being flooded with mobile orders, but simply acknowledging a customer would be nice. I walked out, which no employees noticed. Two customers behind me in line followed me out.

FYI - Review based on visiting often between 8am-12pm on weekdays-

I work nearby and go to this location (too) often. And each time, I’m disappointed ️ I can’t get my (way too expensive) coffee without an issue every single time.they forget ingredients every.single.time. The coffee doesn’t even taste good, I got a salted caramel cold foam and the foam is so disgusting I had to scoop it out. And this is every time. I am convinced that the barista doesn’t give a cr*p about their job. I’m going to have to stop coming here unless it’s only for a refresher. So sad because I usually HAPPILY throw my money at Starbucks. But this is the only location I’ve ever been to across all of Florida (traveled a lot) that I’m consistently disappointed. The only reason I’m writing this review is in hopes the management team sees it, and does something about it. Get rid of your morning barista and restaff ASAP (the one I always see messing everything up is usually working later morning shifts. Not sure about the baristas that work early morning or later during the day). Absolutely ridiculous that you have this many negative reviews and do NOTHING about it. Do better, starbies. Extremely disappointing. Also, the one taking orders at the cashier is very sweet. Keep him.

I went yesterday afternoon for 2 cold drinks, took a while to order then we’ve been waiting in the shop like forever, the girl on the photo (a friend or colleague of the staff) went in the shop, started to chat with the staff, giggling, eating a cake she didn’t pay for and eventually she left with 2 strawberry Frappuccino… without paying. Still not served 20mn later, I asked the staff behind the counter (it was written on his badge he likes video games) to cancel my order and to refund me explaining I don’t want to wait anymore, he replied the girl at the drinks was in training, I told him we saw his friend who went way after us being served immediately, he maintained that it wasn’t linked at all and that basically I’m not saying the truth and he did not apologise at all. I wasted 30mn in there for nothing + the A/C full power making a room at 12 degrees Celsius when only 25 degrees Celsius outside, the planet does not thank you either ZERO STAR

Terrible. The only bad Starbucks I’ve ever been. The coffee is very very bad. Walk a few feet and go to the next one. Service is good and the employees are nice.

I don't think I've ever been to this Starbucks and they've actually gotten my order right or on time. Starbucks is a joke if they think I'm going to tip a barista before they even make my drink wrong.

As I'm writing this review they got my order wrong TWICE.the first time, i repeated the order and they made it again.and made the wrong order AGAIN

2nd edit. WOW i didn't know it was possible to get an order wrong A THIRD TIME.

Go somewhere else! This must be the worst Starbucks in the universe! I had to wait more than half an hour for a Grande Anericano…

After waiting for 25 minutes for my mobile order it wasn’t until I asked for the third time about my order that the barista pointed out the dank mobile order shelf that was hidden in a dark tucked away corner behind slew of people.
Nothing like eating cold eggs bites with your hands (no fork included) and sipping on an extra water downed iced espresso on a Sunday morning.
As a former partner, this location has a lot of room for improvement.

Staff here are great, especially Jeremy. This location is also much faster than the Mary Brickell Village location. Only down side is that you can't tip using the Starbucks app at this location.

Ok so here are the facts:
- The supervisor named Jeramy is extremely rude. I was ordering my coffee from a young lady today, and he shows up out of nowhere and tells her in a very rude tone shouting in front of customers “You know what, just pack your stuff and leave! ”

- I ordered a croissant the other day & I got spoiled one with green fungus literally on the top of the croissant! Same day I got also an expired bottle of juice!

The supervisors & the managers seems very rude at treating their employees and sometimes the customers. Such a shame they put such people in leadership positions.

The awful customer service in this particular Starbucks is appalling. Every week I notice a new employee there and that seems to be the issue; poor management. I've personally seen one of the managers named Jeremy treat his employees with distain, and dehumanizing manner which becomes a snowball effect. The customers complaining about lack of customer service is true, but they need to acknowledge that starts from poor management. If management treats their employees like they're expendable, they employee morale is not gonna be positive to no fault of their own. Summary: management is toxic, doesn't develop, and rather fire and hire employees every week than to change their toxic leadership attitudes.

Big joke! We order only one coffee we wait, people order after us will be serve before us, this day some person leave without order:/ organization horrible! Was like 10 person before us wait same problem!

They never have frapuccinos, in the last 3 times I went there, twice they said they were not serving frapuccinos. Terrible Management.

This has to be the Starbucks with employees having the WORST manners and customer skills of all time. Employee just stood there and looked at me with an attitude, not even a hello until I said good evening and told him my order. Well no tip. Handed me my coffee with a face and an attitude. No tip.

Great service good people. I forgot my YSL bag with ID credit cards and cash, came back to get it everything was inside! So thankful to Antonio that help us. Thanks
