Starbucks, Miami FL

I started coming here after their reopening in early 2023. I had a good experience when there were experienced staff on the bar making my drinks. But lately they have a new/untrained crew on the bar, and my drinks dont taste anything like normal. In fact some of them were downright nasty, as the barista used heavy cream instead of the indicated half-and-half. Meanwhile there were older/experienced employees buzzing around, having meetings and doing other things, while neglecting the most important thing which is making good drinks. I get the impression this is a franchise location and not corporate, because I can't imagine why there need to be so many meetings and so many staff standing around talking.

This can be rectified if they would simply not allow new staff to train here, train them elsewhere first. This location is tiny, far too small to comfortably train new workers and be productive. New employees can enter the dragon after they're tried by fire somewhere else. Honestly, if I had any pull at Starbucks, I wouldn't allow them to operate such a small store. It needs about 2x the space, or more.

Workers are rude. I was given attitude for absolutely no reason. They had also made a rude comment about a friend of mine complaining on how she comes in all the time. She works in the mall. Mind your business.

Absolutely love this Starbucks location. Always great service and a really nice manager. Keep up the great work!

I heard this starbucks was new so i decided to go there and check it out.had an employee there named michael (like mine lol) who was great with me and had great customer service after ordering a complicated drink.decided to write this to anyone wanting to check that starbucks out.its GREAT

Joseph is very rude I was the only one in line for 5 or 10 minutes did not serve me someone comes in line and he serves her before me completely rude did not even apologize for the wait or skipping me

Too bad new management and new employees are not as good as the previous ones were. Rude people, no respect for customers and awful customer service. I thought that after more than a year of being closed this would be better and/or different but not at all. Missing old times.

MY DAUGHTER AND I HAD A DELICIOUS HOT CHOCOLATE. WONDERFUL STAFF. YOU CAN DRINK IT OUTSIDE IN ONE OF THE LOVELY TABLES ENJOYING THE SCENERY AT THE BEAUTIFUL FALLS MALL

Waiting way too long for an overpriced coffee, better to go to Las dos Palmas across the street

They need to expand more the local too small to serve all customers. Should also place more outside sitting will help.as well. Service good fast

If high price coffee is your thing then go for it! I do enjoy good coffee but some other places!

This buck coffee is convinently located at the Falls Mall and offers a wide variety of coffees.

The location itself is too small for even the early morning traffic. Unfortunately the sticker machine is broken (labeling system) and service just fell apart today. I will be sure to drive through the one right before the Falls the next time I visit the shopping plaza. I ended up throwing away my drink because I am not even sure there was any coffee in it. It tasted like foamed milk with a splash of caramel

I couldn't have my coffee because they didn't have change for a $100.00. Great way to do business!

I got a drink during a slow time of day around 11am. I was glad to receive speedy service.
