Starbucks, Pembroke Pines FL

Omg! Honestly I’m mad I haven’t checked this location out sooner, they so sweet at this location. I feel like I’m with family every time… now I come to the mall just for Starbucks…Lucas the manager showed me so many new drinks and pastry items that I had no idea were on the menu and I’m so happy because I was always ordering the same things. Super friendly staff so many cool personalities. Super diverse.

Was at the starbucks at the pembroke lakes mall. Ordered oatmeal and was served basically raw oatmeal. It was instant, but, they used warm water instead of hot water which made it terrible and under prepared

Charged more than they were supposed to for something that should have been included. Need more training.
And the floor was filled with trash:/

Desastre absoluto. Mas de 15 minutos esperando por 2 expressos y 1 white chocolat moka y sin clientes en la tienda. Despues de esperar por las bebidas las traen equivocadas. Me quejo con el manager LUCAS solo me dice con una semi sonrisa " hay que pena". Ni disculpas ni nada. Desastroso! NO VOLVEREMOS!
Absolute disaster. More than 15 minutes waiting for 2 expressos and 1 white chocolat mocha and no costumers in the store. After waiting for the drinks they bring the wrong ones. I complain to the manager, LUCAS only tells me with a semi-smile "it's too bad". No apologies or anything. Disastrous! WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

The slowest starbucks I have ever been to, 3 people working and waiting for 2 coffees 20 minutes with no clients so it's not busy at all.
It is insane.
Please hire professionals. I had to ask twice where the drinks are.

Slow service and coffee is not as good as my local Starbucks. The pastry was OK. No gluten free options.

Really slow service. There's 3 people working and they seem to not know what they are doing, the store was full of people that were waiting in line and people waiting for their order.

Nasty it was flys in the display with mold they don’t give you fresh food the sandwiches are frozen

Worst starbuck experience ever. Actually I've never had a bad experience at any starbuck except this one. 4 employees who did not have a clue what they were doing. Long line of people waiting. For several minutes no one seemed to be working just walking back and forth. Cashier didn't know how/what to charge. Had to ask for help and then I was unable to pay with a reward. Waited 15 minutes for 3 drinks and 2 pastries. Asked not to warm them up but they did. Had 4 sips of our refreshers and the rest was just ice. I think company must ensure they train their staff before leaving them alone. Especially when you get charged $4+ for a drink.

This place is horrible they just want you out quickly so they make the drinks like the Frappuccino basically whit ice only

Made an online order as the line to order inside the store was very long and I got served after all the line was served. What is the point of ordering in advance online if I am going to be served after the last one in the line was served? They couldn’t find my order and when I asked them about my order they said that they were making first all cold drinks and mine was a hot one. Finally when they found the ticket with my order they said Ooohh yours is an mobile order! It seem they receive those tickets from a different machine that they never paid attention. Even though I was in front of them (sitting in the bar) for a while waiting they did not even care to ask what was my order. Terrible service…

Today I received the best customer service experience from a young gentlemen with long brown hair. He tendied to me at the cash register and took my order. He spelt my name "Alex" wrong probably because he was too accommodating! My order was exactly what I wanted! The best Starbucks experience I've had in a while.i will be returning again soon! Hopefully the young gentlemen who took my order is available again

I placed a mobile order and the store was not open at the time it was suppose to be. No sign, no employees. No phone number to contact. I waited around 15 minutes. Eventually I had to leave. No food or drinks or refund.

Do not waste your time and money here. I ordered an iced green tea and was handed a neon green iced drink that kind of looked like a Kiwi Starfruit refresher without the fruit. It tasted horrible. My husband's drink was made incorrectly as well. I didn't want to ask for our drinks to be made again because of how badly they messed up. I didn't want to spend more time in this location.

I am rating this Starbucks Superb! My daughter and I visited this Starbucks after shopping at the Pandora store. The customer service was excellent. I some how spilled my Green Tea Latte and in a flash they made me another one. John came over and made me laugh after we attempted to clean up the spill. He was so kind and funny. The experience was great and the banana nut bread taste even better. The store was busy there was a line but the service was excellent!

I've never been a huge fan of this chain because of the prices and service (based on personal experiences). I was enjoying a nice day with my family (by the way, we LOVE coffee) and wanted to have something to drink. So as we were walking we came upon Starbucks, I'll admit I wasn't too happy but there weren't that many options. Walking in the place was packed but, to my surprise the line was moving pleasantly fast. When it was my turn to order Jasmine greeted me with a smile and a Welcome to Starbucks. I wasn't sure of what to order because I was ordering for 3 and everyone wanted something different. Thankfully Jasmine was not only professional but VERY kind, patient and knowledgeable! Thanks to Jasmine my experience was Amazing and smooth! What a cherry on top of a Beautiful day with my family! I think I will be coming back! This Starbucks in Pembroke Lakes Mall has TOTALLY made me want to come back and recommend!
