Starbucks, Port Charlotte FL

Traveling thur the area stopped for a pickup and facilities. This is a very busy store and traffic was horrendous! A young woman blocked my way for several minutes. May be time to upgrade the parking area!

First off let me start by saying i wish I could give 100 stars, 5 stars just isn't enough for the service I just got going through drive thru. Long story short my wife sent me to Starbucks to get a drink called a medicine ball because my wife is feeling under the weather, a girl named Cam was unbelievably helpful and even personally recommended adding peppermint to the drink to help clear here sinuses, she genuinely acted concerned as if it were one of her family members she was trying to help, as a store manager for a different company I would kill to have somebody like that on my team, I will 100 percent be coming back to that location despite what people are saying about the long lines in the reviews just because of Cam, I would have waited an hour solei because of that one interaction, my wife and I thank you so much for restoring what little faith we had left in the customer service/food industry!

Let's highlight an amazing barista (Trinity) that every Starbucks should have at least one Trinity on their roster! I've been visiting this specific Starbucks for the past year now, and I can't express how grateful I am to walk in and receive her infectiousness SMILE and high vibe energy. Whenever my order is ready, she brings it over to my table with a kind greeting. Trinity's kindness and customer service exceeds any expectations I've ever had at any Starbucks. Thank you always going the extra mile and making my day feel warm and positive!

Always a lot of traffic and can sometimes be hard to navigate the drive thru but the employees are polite and professional

Love the coffee! I wish the breakfast was better and not a microwaved sandwich. Pumpkin bread and banana bread are excellent though!

Got in and out quickly even though they were quite busy on a Sundae. Would recommend for quick service and my iced coffee tasted great

Horrible wait times. Mine always wrapped around building. They either need more staff or people that work a bit faster. I’m guess staff. Either way I don’t go anymore because I hate waiting 15-20 to get coffee.

Worst Starbucks ever I have never waited so long at any Starbucks as I do this place and the employees not very friendly.i’m a delivery driver and I pick up here but not anymore every time I get an order it takes me about 10 minutes to drive to the place to get there to find out that the order still not made and I wait another 10 minutes and I see the drinks sitting on the counter just waiting to be bagged can I ask about it and the lady gets nasty with me won’t be picking up here anymore.to be honest didn’t even deserve one star

I will never give any money to any Starbucks! Ultra-liberal West Coast overpriced company. I walked another block and bought my coffee from a gas station.

My mochas are the most mocha when I get them from this Starbucks. Annnnnd, each time I’ve visited this location, the staff have been super pleasant and friendly. Much appreciate the mocha and the great attitudes.

I got a delicious iced coffee there and I was so impressed with how friendly the staff is. I definitely will be going back to this Starbucks!

Wasn't very impressed. I had an order through the app and they didn't have the materials to make it (which should have been updated on the app by the staff) then I had to ask how I was going to get the difference I paid since they could only make an inferior drink and I still had to wait while they made other drinks

This place is always a 5, but one time they went over and above. We work near them, and during a huge Christmas rush, we place an order via the app. By the time we checked in at the counter, they did indeed have our order perfect and ready for pick up! Super professional.

Staff is always super polite and helpful despite being very busy. It seems like a high traffic store, so the occasional wait is understandable. I enjoy coming here.

Went to this location during happy hour and placed order prior to 7 pm. We had such a long wait in the drive thru that when we got to the window after 7 pm they wouldn’t honor the happy hour promotion. The manager didn’t even have enough customer service to come to the drive thru window and speak to us. Highly disappointed.
