Starbucks, Fernandina Beach FL

Nice, friendly staff. The only reason I’m taking away a star is that I’ve gotten lukewarm coffee at least three times here. (I picked it up promptly, so that wasn’t the problem.) Please turn up the temp on your coffee machines, I pray!

If i could put 0 stars, i would.we came in at about 6: 30 in the morning since we are going to watch the sunrise.and a blonde barista told us to leave if we “were just going to hangout and dance and not order anything”.

Very nice Starbucks location! Extremely convenient, tons of accessible parking. Staff works extremely fast and efficiently. Cozy atmosphere with a good use of interior space. Very friendly staff. A very pleasant place to post up and get some work done.

This location is hit and miss and today was by far the worst I’ve experience. Granted it was busy which I’m pretty understanding of. However, when I have to wait 20 mins past my pickup time then you succeeded in ruining my morning. The drive thru was wrapped around the building, I placed my order for drive thru pickup at 8: 44am to be ready by 7: 56am. I get to the call box at 8: 01, took several minutes to find my order to be told it may not be ready. I pulled up to the window at 8: 10 and was told I had to come in because they’re 7 drinks ahead of me. I go inside and stand for another 10 minutes until I shoved my way up to a cluster of people to find my drink was ready but my name was never called. Keep in mind, the girl calling orders read out all orders on the counter in case anyone was missed, mine was never called. So in short, in store pickup takes priority as well as drive thru. But if you order ahead for drive thru pickup it won’t be there until you check in. Which makes no sense that my order wouldn’t be ready when everyone in drive thru got theirs. Also they were giving away free cups, but I didn’t get one.

Consistently THE WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. 7: 45 with an espresso machine FULL of tickets they have ONE person making drinks with five other people do a lot of nothing behind the counter. They consistently take forever on mobile orders and occasionally tell me my order never came through. There are sometimes really nice people here but they are never here long.

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at this location. The stsff is very quick, clean, and very courteous. Matthew is especially very sweet and super helpful. Cheers

I generally love this Starbucks, there’s only been a handful of times where something was wrong with the drinks. However, for the last 4 weekends, the online mobile order option has not been available. It works fine throughout the week, but Saturday morning I get on the app and the store is not available. Same on Sunday. I don’t know if it just conveniently breaks or if they turn it off. My vehicle’s driver side window is stuck and won’t roll down so being able to place an order and just pick it up with limited contact with others is important to me. This has definitely impacted how much I go to this location.

Great service but always runs out of food, special drinks if you don’t get there Mon- Fri between 8: 00 am and exactly 9: 45 am then just don’t go to this one. They are very limited and when they say that they aren’t just hog washing you a load of bull. They really are very limited. Doesn’t help the islanders like myself who are forced to go to Dunkin around the corner but they can only do what they can do.still love this place.

We placed our order, waited fot 10 min and had to remind them of our order because they had forgotten about it.

I never thought a starbucks could be *this* bad.i placed a mobil order at 10: 25 and the estimated pick up was 10: 37, my food came out almost instantly but the drink was nowhere to be found. I asked an employee named sarah how much linger it would be and she brushed me off.another ten minutes, still no drink so i tell her i had been waiting for 20 min at this point and she snaps at me saying “we go cafe, mobile, cafe, mobile” but there were 3 cafe orders that ordered after us and had already gotten drinks and there were mobile orders after mine that were made.it was clear they lost the ticket and just didnt care.im astonished that staff can be so rude.i can tell that the only reason this location is in business is because theres not many other options.very disappointed.

Good coffee, food. Friendly staff who make a point of remembering your name and what you order. We have met very nice people and made good friends.

I love the Caramel Frappe with extra Caramel, 3 expresso shots. The staff is always pleasant. You always leave with a great feeling of respect, not like a lot of places that act like you are bothering them.

Great service, I would suggest going inside and not waiting in the Drive-Thru which is always completely packed

This is the closest Starbucks to my house. I mobile order here regularly because it’s the only place around. However, it is the absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to and not just on one occasion. All the time. It’s awful. I regularly wait 20-40 minutes for food and drinks. Often times the food is ready 10-15 minutes before the drinks so it gets cold while I wait on my drinks. Cold Starbucks food tastes like freezer burn and regret. Beyond that the drinks are incorrect more often than not. There’s no way to correct this other than getting in line and then waiting all over again so usually I just deal with an incorrect drink that I paid $6 for. Ashamed that they can’t get it together here.

Worst Starbucks ever. Completely disorganized. Got my egg bites and waited.and waited, and waited. Finally had to ask for either my cup of plain coffee or my money back before one of the 5 people behind the counter could figure out how to pour it.
