Starbucks, Jacksonville FL

Good experience but beware that this is not a corporate owned Starbucks. You will pay for more expensive coffee and less perks. I hate the bait and switch vibes I get from establishments like this so I wanted to warn people.

Every time i walk into this Starbucks i feel welcomed. They make my order correctly every time and they have the best staff of any Starbucks in the Towncenter. Definitely a 10/10. Glad ro finally have found a Starbucks that not only cares about thier customers but thier staff as well.

I work in the town center and get Starbucks every so often on my break. Th why always get my order done quickly and try to make my day better. They didn't have something from my order online and instead gave me two substitute items. They are super friendly and helpful.

Being retired military, expresso and cappuccino is very depressing purchased from Starbucks. Over priced for one, and when I think of expresso it's suppose to be strong, a kicker. I know this isn't Europe, but then don't call it expresso. Next time you're in South Florida, stop by the Cuban coffee shops. About the only place that even comes close.

My hubby and I both grabbed a drink here. It was hot and humid outside so we grabbed something cold and refreshing. The staff were friendly and service was quick. I liked the outdoor seating area it was nice and very needed considering I'm 8 months pregnant and need plenty of breaks. We brought our dog Abby and she had a good time.

Packed, even though they worked very hard, it took a long time to get our order. At least they got the order right.

Busy little coffee shop. This Starbucks is always hopping. Whenever I stop in the baristas are friendly and helpful.

My favorite location! They have a great team and everyone is always so nice! Drinks are always good

Great service. Quick. Willing to change the recipe. Didn't want oat milk in my drink. Asked to switch to regular. No hesitation. With a smile. Highly recommend.

Great service. Wonderful location. Fast! Tons of outdoor seating for a Starbucks. Was great for people watching. Surrounded by awesome shops and food choices.

The staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had a complicated order and even added something at the window but Risa was so helpful and cheerful! Even as I was being complicated everyone was so helpful!

I don’t remember the names of the baristas, I went in Friday 10/30/20 around 12 pm. They were so sweet to my special-needs teenage daughter! Even though they were busy, they were very engaging. I appreciate that so much. She can’t wait to go back and have another Pink Drink
