Unbelievable experience, me and my fiancé arrived on a nice day only to be ruined by ignorance. I got a venti matcha latte w/ soy milk and was very clear on it, and I received regular milk which activated my IBS and got me super nauseous, then she also gets a cold brew with almond milk, and she also gets regular milk, I’m in disbelief. They didn’t even listen and got us both sick. We’re lactose intolerant with IBS, and we clearly said SOY MILK / ALMOND MILK. This happened on our last visit as well, but we gave it one more shot, never again!
Bad Customer service, they get mad at you for messing up your order and start slamming stuff
This is my regular Starbucks considering ordering elsewhere - however it looks one employee is extremely Toxic. I see him being Rude with people all the time. Talking about customers to others employees.and making snarky comments about them. Pretty much on peoples business. The worst part he looks like is a manager -because nobody else steps in to correct him.wears a Gilligan's Island type of hat (bucket) or ponytail and hat. It’s exhausting just to wait for my order to be ready. Not the way you want to start your morning by hearing someone being a bully.
TJ was very receptive to feedback about the store and pleasant to speak with on the phone.

Store never in stock. They advertise drinks and food they don't have in stock. $5 gas and all that wasted time. They owe me money now. Never go to this location. Huge school zones around.no parking and never ever in stock of what they advertise
I understand Starbucks is a super busy establishment however I think employees should take pride in producing customers with quality drinks. I came in today ordered my food/drink and the drink had been sitting before being placed on the counter for me to grab. Not to mention I ordered matcha (which is my normal) which taste like a bunch of milk and water. I had to get to work so I wasn’t able to take it back but today just was not a good day for this location.
Jasmine and Taty were really nice. I came because I wanted a treat. They gave me good service and understood that I didn't have too much money because I maxed out my credit card. So they got me a good deal on iced coffee, good enough to satisfy my craving. Later I asked them for water, and they were good with me, again. Thank you Promenade Starbucks.and thank them for their cordiality and 100% true.
Very disappointed at the state of this location. Tables and floors dirty everywhere you look. Staff was pleasant but management or corporate needs to justify the overpriced items and the overall look, feel, and cleanliness is not going to cut it. As in the pictures, patrons just walking over trash on the floor. If this is what the dining area looks like, I'd hate to see behind the scenes.
Was a mistake stopping here.burnt milk, dead shots, staff didn’t know the proper amount of shots to put in a venti latte (offered my 4 when it shouldve been 2). Disgusting bathrooms.
Swift, and professional service with great coffee made exactly how I asked for it. It also looked like it came out of a magazine. Great work Starbucks.
Staff very unprofessional and non attentive asked for sugar to be stirred in to my capuccino and not only the did not stir it in I din’t recevie it either other people that came after me in line got their product before me I normally don’t complain to much because I work in the restaurant business for years, but these people pushed me to complain.upper management or owners should really consider to look at what’s goin on in their store
I paid almost $6.00 for a venti ice coffee, they gave me a small, honest mistake. The counter girl making the coffee tried to fix it by adding oat milk and ice, I was standing right there,! She corrected it against her will bc I said something. Shame on her. Saturday morning 12: 15pm 7/30/22.
Didint get her name, but dark hair making the coffee s. Hopefully the manager will have a chat with her making short cuts. Was not busy at all.
Employees are very unprofessional while dealing with customers. They are very loud, rude and obnoxious. Place is a filth. The seating area is dirty and floor is unkept.
Sadly I must say that Starbucks coffee is no longer the same: it smells like coffee but it doesn't have that delicious flavor that hit the palate. Without that flavor, Starbucks is not the same.
This is a great Starbucks location! I was in the Promenade to get a pedicure, and there was a bit of a wait, so I decided to walk down to Starbucks to kill some time. When I walked in, the place was pretty busy, but things were running well. I waited in line to place my order for maybe a couple of minutes. When it was my turn, I ordered a venti black iced tea, no syrup, and 6 Splenda. (Yes, I went to a coffee house and ordered tea.but it's good tea, y'all!). The barista who took my order was super friendly and made sure she had my name spelled correctly. It took about 7 minutes to get my drink, but as I stated before, it was super busy. All of the baristas were working hard and were efficient, so I can't complain at all.
Overall, this is a decent store. The indoor seating area is spacious and not overly crowded with chairs and tables (but there are enough to seat a decent amount of patrons), the baristas are friendly, and the place is clean. Oh, and they make a really good iced tea. Stop in and order one!
Showed up on a Sunday at 6: 10 pm and they were closed. I was informed they've been closing early
The store is nice, clean and employees pleasant.
Their downfall is their inventory vs their mobile ordering. They are usually "out" of many items according to their mobile ordering app but when you go to the store, almost ALWAYS they actually do have those things and on multiple occasions they "have" the items and I order them only to find out when I get there that they are actually out of that item. The store has the ability to update their quantities to the app but is terrible at it making every order a compromise.
Love this Starbucks, clean, fast they have the friendliest staff. Their cashier Kate really is the best most cheerful and sweet person that has ever served me at a Starbucks EVER! Excellent customer service
