My order's at this location are always on point. Great service and customer treatment!

I stop here every day to get myself coffee, but more importantly a Pup cup for my labradoodle puppy Lina! Lina gives Starbucks 5 paws

Best Starbucks Around! They are always busy but always moving. I have never had to wait longer then 5 mins for my order! They always have a line wrapped around the building but move effectively, the worker is always ahead of the game had taken everyone orders outside quickly.

I audibly heard the blonde barista with the nose piercings make fun of my drink to another. Very poor customer service quality, and made me embarrassed as a customer. The drink I wanted was sold out on the mobile app, so I improvised. Not to mention it was made wrong, and they forgot the chocolate curls even though I paid for them.

I visited this particular location during my regular weekend errand run. I was absolutely appalled by the experience I had, and most especially with these employees. I was disrespected by the baristas on shift and when I politely requested to speak with the manager on shift, I was met with Marley. She’s ill tempered, sarcastic, and clearly poorly treating her employees, who seem to suffer under her shift conditions. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this location again and will recommend my peers do the same.

Nice coffee, but this cafe really needs a decent clean.
Today (03/02/22 at 5.20pm) the cake display was infested with small flies, crawling over the pastries and cakes. I mentioned this to our server, who just shrugged and did nothing about it.
Moreover, she stopped dragging a mop across the floor to serve me, handling cash then making our coffees and serving cake all without washing her hands. Ew.
All the tables - and I do mean ALL, inside and out - were really dirty. I don't know when the outside tables were last wiped down but judging by the stains on them, it wasn't any time recently.
The coffee and cake were really nice but this Starbucks really needs to step up its hygiene practices. It is NOT okay to just shrug off flies on your pastry display.

Coffee was great and the line was well managed in the drive through. 3 stars based on the extra unfriendly team member that greeted us in the drive through line. Not the best first impression.

This starbucks has gone so downhill.none of the workers know what their doing.had NO food and my latte tastes like baby diapers.all the workers are sixteen and have their hair down and getting in my food

It's "Starbucks" I mean, your/my expectations were set back in the late 90's. The restaurant was nice, but the stupid drive through setup was a fail on busy mornings, especially since it encourages blocking the right lane, the exit lane to the parking lot. Ehhh.

Great atmosphere and products. Love the place and it is a great place to gather with friends or for business for a coffee or/and like snack. Recommended.

This Starbucks on Vanderbilt road is located right across my office Frank Procopio The Naples Agent om galleria court in Naples. I frequently walk over here to take a break or to meet my buyers or sellers for coffee to discuss their real estate needs. The service is always the best. As a local realtor I stayed fueled on caffeine and this is my go to coffee shop due it's great location. I also love being able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful Southwest Florida weather.

Melissa at this locations drive through this morning shook her head at me in annoyance because I asked her a question.

This is one of the busiest Starbucks I know in the area and they are always on top of their game. I appreciate the awesome customer service and the speedy orders. You guys are the best! Love, your gym family across the street at Orangetheory?

Sandwiches and cake pops are good but the coffee is God awful. I can get a better cup at a gas station for half the price, which is sad considering this is a coffee chain.
