Starbucks, Miami FL

Horrible experience asked for a cup of water and waited patiently for 20 minutes and they proceeded to give other people water and not me and then when i asked again they said to make the line but they could have said that from the beginning instead of being rude and ignoring me. Don’t recommend coming here the workers are very rude.

I just want to say that this Starbucks is a JOKE the kids that work here has nobrespect for customers, I was never asked my name, thanks God Ibrewuested the receipt because if not I will loose the money, then when I asked the kid thatbwas paying with everyone where is my drink she told me to wait, not only that when coffee was ready I asked if she put the sugar sge say I dont know and then she told me to have a drink and I will know and gave me the sugar this is insaine, Inposting the picture of the employee, because I don't have her name.

Starbuscks services are getting awfull

Came here the other day and i'm glad to say I enjoy coming here to grab my cup of freshly brewed coffee:) the staff were extremely nice and not only they welcomed me but complimented my fabulous outfit! A young man with gorgeous eyes took my order but this time I wasn't sure what I wanted so he recommended this delicious drink called a ice caramel macchiato but with soy milk! A young lady with cute clips handed me my drink and said "have a nice day enjoy! " i replied "thank you" and she replied back "you're soy welcome! " i let out a giggle and we both had a cute moment. AND LET ME TELL YOU HOW DELICIOUS THE COFFEE WAS! The lines at this location goes crazy! Since they're placed near popular stores and they're a popular coffee shop too, so their lines may over lap the Claire's that's right in-front of them.since this location is way smaller than others they can't fit too much employees so I understand if my food or drinks take a minute for it to be ready. I totally recommend this location, I come here often and the staff is extremely nice and their food goes over the top!

The barista did not close my matcha and it ruins my pants I was on my break so I had to retur with my beige pants all green she I let her know she did not care

When props are due props are due. I want to acknowledge the great customer service and speedy service that I received at this Starbucks. The staff is very polite and pleasant and made suggestions as to what to get. The turnaround for me to get my drink was not bad at all it was actually pretty fast even though they were extremely busy. I believe my drink was delivered by the manager and she was very polite and thank us for stopping by.

I will make sure to stop by this Starbucks in the future given the great experience I had here.oh and by the way the drink was AWESOME!

Absolutely the most horrible service. 20 minutes for a grande pike place that they forgot to make, only to get it luke warm. No apologies.nothing. Avoid this place at all costs

6 people working, 15 minutes for a coffee- THAT WAS WRONG-with no one waiting front of me. How difficult is it to pour a grande pike into a cup and hand it to someone…apparently hard when there’s no coffee!

My friends and I always order from this location but lately there's a girl working there, always with a bad attitude. Kinda messy when mixing drinks, never cleans the cups before handing it to the customer and always has a bad attitude towards customers. Never smiles, never welcomes you, she's so over it, I don't know why she still works there if she clearly hates it.
They don't wear name badges but she's a brunette, short hair, glasses.
I hope she never makes your iced lattes because they're always bitter even if you add syrup.

My favorite Starbucks! Super super friendly staff, they always make you feel at home and safe even with this whole covid restrictions.
