Starbucks, Orlando FL

My husband has been getting our morning coffee here the last few days and I have seen the long line from the 7th floor, but they keep the lines moving quickly and our drinks have been on point. Hats off to the crew, and Elliot the barista. Rock Star!

Usually you trade service for location, but not here. I’ve been here for several days now and despite the long lines, they have been turning out quality drinks while keeping the line moving. The barista, Elliot is a MACHINE! He doesn’t stop for several hours straight and the rest of the team “feeds” him orders and he is knocking it out if the park.

I love Starbucks regular customer this location is very inconvenient super long line very slow staff, if I want the bacon Gouda and you don’t have the croissant please tell me that you’re going to change my bums the staff was not to friendly like other Starbucks, I won’t be returning here!

Not really a starbucks fan but the batista helped me order what i wanted in relation to their menu.very helpful.just have to ask

This is a hotel Starbucks so extremely overpriced compared to a normal Starbucks. They also don’t take the Starbucks rewards app (only the physical card), and make you sign receipts. There weren’t any napkins when I went. Staff were friendly but that’s about the only positive thing about this location. There’s only 10 minute parking available.

Had the grill cheese the bread was hard and long and only cheese in the middle of the long bread and it was only 9: 30am and they were out of pastry only had lemon cake and this is the 2nd time I went to a Starbucks

Absolutely love this starbucks, by far the best starbucks i’ve encountered.ordered so many times lol, love the staff.will definitely come back to this hotel just for the starbucks.

I mean it's Starbucks people come on it's high price coffee that tastes good the only thing is and I've been to a lot of Starbucks as early in the day as it was it was unacceptable that the store was as dirty as it was. I don't know if it was because of the pandemic or not there's no place to sit and enjoy your coffee you order you stand it seems as it took a very long time for them to make the coffee it was sort of busy but not to the extent that I should have waited as long as I did but all in mall it's Starbucks I just wish they'd clean it

Glad they got oatmilk finally, I always give starbucks 5 stars for convenience, service, and supplying stuff for children, dogs, free water. I still shop locally but after 5p.m. They come through.

Horrible service. Asked for my drink multiple times before it was actually made. Everyone who ordered after me were getting there drinks though

It's in a hotel so be warned about that, there is no drive thru.but you can pull up right to the door to park.

Also the barista there, she was very kind and welcoming.

It's OK. Not like your local small coffee place or quick pick-up place. Way Over priced!

It's all good ️ if you enjoy robust medium or whatever roast you can't go wrong. Coffee coffee coffee! We're all addicted to the greatest morning or for what it's worth anytime elixir to clear the cobwebs out of our brains and help you wake up! If sugar is a no go try stevia, if you don't require sweetener leave it out but whatever you do, enjoy it with caffeine or decaffeinated with or without cream or go crazy and pick up a latte.

They have a excellent service, They helped me pick out the best flavor, I really love the chocolate frappe. Satisfied customer here.
