12As you can see I love Starbucks ️. This store is not as quick as I would like due to there being only 1 or 2 people working the counter. The line tends to get very long since it's inside Target. I would have to wait for the person ahead of me to get their order made and served before they move on to me. I don't like to wait, but if I have nothing to do I don't mind doing so. Other than the fact they are shortstaffed, I think they are OK.
It was my birthday and they did not give me my free drink. They said I had to download the app but there was no wifi. I have gotten it overwritten in past years, even at target, if I provided my ID to show it was my bday. I’d understand if the place was busy but there was no line at that time. No surprise this location has a bad rating. Very disappointed.
The barista on staff today was working hard under pressure. The drinks we ordered were great!
Can't say I have any complaints:). Starbucks has a certain standard they hold. Kinda wish they'd stop discontinuing some of my drinks tho
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They are clearly understaffed and by the time you get to the front, they are out of everything. So you just waited 25 minutes in line just to find out you’re not getting anything. Honestly you have a better chance of going to Dunkin’ Donuts.
Really disappointed. My mother and I ordered an iced caramel Macchiato and we might’ve well ordered milk with caramel drizzle. It was disgusting & not worth $6.00. I’m not sure if it was because the young lady was by herself and rushing but there was only one other person in line. Not the quality Starbucks I’m use to.
My order was missing items in 2 out of 3 times I order here via app. One of these times I was giving the wrong coffee and had to go back and even then the barista forgot some of the ingredients I asked for in the coffee.
Worst Starbucks ever. Workers need more training, and have no respect. We had to pay for water? !? !?
I’ve been standing in line for 20 minutes. There were only 3 people ahead of me. If you’re in a hurry, go elsewhere.
I would give it zero if that was an option. There weren’t any customers in front of me, one staff behind the counter, one wiping tables and eventually a trash can. Yet, it took 8 minutes to make a small chai tea latte!
They chatted with each other and a target employee the whole time. Eventually another customer got in line behind me and had to wait longer than I did.
This is not the first time I nor others in my family had to wait unreasonable amounts of time for service.
Never again at this Starbucks.
It was not clear from the outside of Target that there was Starbucks inside. The service was quick and standard level of quality. I recommend that Starbucks place their logo on the outside of the Target building. A similar sign like "Intel inside".
Horrible service, they don’t even say hi to you, the employees were having a conversation and I have to say excuse me for them to take care of me and they never stop talking the whole time they were taking my order, very rude, I won’t go back to that Starbucks.
