Starbucks, Jupiter FL

The coffee was good, but when I mentioned I had been waiting 15 minutes before other people, the person helping Dawn starts yelling at me that they’re short staffed and he’s following his stickers. Keep in mind he had been texting in the back (quickly, but you shouldn’t touch your dirty phone while making orders) and he was joking around while Dawn was trying their best to fulfill orders. He finally decided to change places with Dawn and help out. He was obviously fast and it could’ve gone faster if he hadn’t been chatting while Dawn worked hard. He waited until things got out of hand before stepping in and yells at me when I mention I’ve been waiting a long time for my mobile order. When a customer mentions they’ve been waiting, it’s not hard to apologize for the inconvenience.

Why Starbucks are always located in around amazing locations where you get taste of everything together with tea or coffee. Though I am not a great fan of Starbucks in terms of coffee but the locations pulls me to sit around for some time. I would also mention that the lady on the cash counter was really nice. We wanted hot water for my baby and she offered without any issues whereas a while ago another shop denied us. The mint tea that we had was amazing though I hardly drink tea, so you should try it

Store hours say they open at 5am. It’s 7: 37am and I’m literally in the parking lot watching people pull in walk up to the door, it’s locked, and then they leave. They are losing sooooo much business. Clearly this location is not ran well.

The cashiers are super rude, took my order with so much attitude and was acting like she didn’t want to be there. Also, I asked for 4 of the same beverage and didn’t want to make them because she didn’t want to waste product. As I was leaving I asked for a few straws and she looked at me annoyed, sighed, and continued to THROW them at me. Horrible customer service, if you don’t like your job don’t work there.

Horrific experience.the two little ones in there are so rude have so much attitude and look very unkempt.not sure whats going on in this starbucks. Pretty sure someone hocked a Lougee in my bev.

Good coffee and breakfast sandwiches. No soap in bathroom and not a single napkin to be found. Doesn't make me feel it is clean and safe.

It is 3: 00pm on February 28th, I just left from your store on 2770 Indiantown in Jupiter FL. 33458. I bought 2 hot chai teas. After 15 minutes I asked for my order and a lady told me that probably the sticker machine was nor working good. I understood. She made ice chai tea, I told her that I ordered hot chai teas, she started again with a new cups, then she put some caramel mix inside, poured some TAP water in front of me and then completed with milk. The beverages were watered. It is the first time I saw it. I would like to communicate with the manager, but they gave me a gift card from Starbucks and told me the information is behind the card. So sad. Customer Service is very important. Quality also. You failed in both points. I hope this reviews can help to improve

We were driving and decided to grab some coffee on the way from Orlando to Miami as this place is off the I-95 exit.

Honestly, best Starbucks experience (and I travel a lot out of state).
So clean and beautiful! Peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff, art and flowers everywhere. If I lived in the area would come there often

Stopped at this Starbucks on the way to Miami. Used the restroom and forgot my phone in the car. When I went to grab it so I can buy something, an employee locked the door behind me. Went to the rest of the co workers and started mocking us thinking I couldn’t see him through the big glass windows right in front of me. Nice customer service.

Fast and friendly, machines always working, Employees always happy, coffee always hot/cold, food is surprisingly good for being reheated vacuum sealed.

They never get our orders right and are always very slow! Something needs to change or else I’m sticking to Duncan doughnuts, at least they don’t take an hour to make me my order! >: (

Its 8: 10 p.m. And on online IT said it cloeses at 8: 30 and the pepole in the were ignoring me, I know it's new years eve but come on

Quick service and clean atmosphere. Not very many places to sit inside. Parking can be difficult when the drive thru backs up.

Busy shop not far off the highway. Nicely decorated. Good selection of food; we had warmed sandwiches before getting back on the road.
