Starbucks, Orlando FL

I refuse to go to any other starbucks. No other store is as fast or as efficient as this location. Every single person there is always smiling and they always go above and beyond with their customer service. I love yall!

Charged me triple times while taking orders for others at the same time…. Tried several times to get them informed but their phone never rings always busy….

Stopped here with my toddlers. Forgot there was no drive thru! But the Barista was so nice. It caught me off guard because we are along John Young Parkway. She made up my drink really nice! It looked Pinterest worthy. Thank you! It’s the little things. Will be coming back.

Hard to explain but wow! Little cash situation and this place made magic anyway. Great service!

I LOVE this Starbucks! It's the best one in Florida. They make my drink everytime perfect and they are friendly. I go here quite often and got the perfect message today. It made my day. I have one five minutes from me, but it's just not the same. I will take the 15mins from me to have a well make refresher that I need. Thank you guys!?

This specific Starbucks has got to be my favorite out of the countless I’ve visited in the last 5 years. The staff is unbelievably kind and happily accommodating to whatever requests a customer has. I’ve ordered the same drink at numerous different locations but this one specifically has constantly raised the bar and executed my request perfectly every single time. Special thanks to the Jackie that works there, she’s by far the kindest worker I’ve encountered and is extremely knowledgeable in her craft. If I were management, I would invest my raises into her! Amazing job Starbucks!

This coffee shop is incapable of selling someone a hot cup of coffee. I've been here 3 times and all 3 times I received my coffee lukewarm. The first 2 times I didn't realize it until I left. The third time I checked the coffees temperature before leaving. The worker said they were unable to warm up the coffee. They can only make fresh coffee, which I didn't have time to wait another 10-15 min for fresh coffee. I don't know what they're doing wrong. Maybe there coffee pots need adjustment or they're putting ice cold cream into the coffee.either way they're doing something and they're not putting in any effort to figure it out.

I mobile order here almost everyday and have been very disappointed lately, my drink is never consistent, From now on I will probably go down the street to Target

Very slow moving the store was mostly empty and the 2 people there was taking their time making drinks and food waiting for the timer for the oven the girl making one drink at a time.

This appears to be the oldest and most "desperately in need of a renovation" Starbucks in Orlando. No Drive-thru. Even though it's a suburban location. Floors are grimey, general cleanliness, not good, bathrooms not good. In general the atmosphere is very off-putting. Drink was nicely made.

Order completed for 3 drinks. Drinks were completed incorrectly by staff. One of the drinks was a capaccino and got an americano. Second drink was also incorrect. No caddies, no bags. One item was missing.
Had to return to the store to correct the coffees!

I don't know what happened today, the cold brew too strong! I asked for a pumpkin cold brew cold foam and extra cold foam but it doesn't even taste like pumpkin.they did not put pumpkin spice on top and also, when I was inside my car I saw a roach leg in the top of the cup! I just disgusted about this I cannot even drink it: (

A wonderfully friendly staff that is efficient and welcoming makes this one of the best options in the area.

Good service but very small store. The sitting areas are indoors only and they’re arranged directly next to entryways. If you’re looking for a little seclusion and quiet workspace, this location is not your ideal choice, but it’s good for a quick coffee!
