Starbucks, Miami Beach FL

Steven was the best. We went there early morning and he was a sunshine. Super friendly and had the best attitude. I hope he gets a raise or something <3

Nick was extremely profesional and welcoming. We are visiting from Colombia and it was incredible to watch him Multi task and stay well composed during such a rush!

Kevin, Riri, and izzy and the remaining staff are absolutely amazing! They make my morning fantastic! These baristas are truly the best of the best in Miami Beach.

Parking is scarce (but it Miami). Service was quick and good. The batista made sure my coffee was right and served it with a smile. Small location and not a lot of space for working, but did have some tables.

We ordered 5 hot chocolates to go around 2pm today Dec. 25. NOT one cup had Chocolate in it! They had Vanilla syrup only.

Came to this location having the absolute worst day. Izzy turned my day completely around! Had to cancel a flight last minute due to my travel companion’s unforeseen circumstances. Already checked out of our hotel. We came here to have a coffee while attempting to rebook flights for a reasonable price. After hours on the phone I was visibly very frustrated and upset. Izzy offered me a complimentary cake pop to cheer me up, was super empathetic and offered advice for places to stay until our new flight date. Such a kind and beautiful human being, the world needs more of Izzy! Thank you for being you

Very bad attention they took 10 minutes to deliver my order that was 4 drinks, they delivered it to me incomplete being that I was the only customer waiting for an order

This is hands down the best Starbucks, I have been too. My drink always comes out so good. I come to this location almost everyday. Fritza is a very nice women that works there. She is one of the sweetest people I have meet. She always works with a positive mindset and inspires others too.

My favorite Starbucks ever! I really like this location - I drive all the way from Brickell to come to this location because they always make my lattes correctly. I really like the baristas too! Izzy, Kelly, Nicolas, and Steven are all so nice! They take the time to get to know you too! They know how much I love my venti soy green tea latte with no foam and how picky I am. Forever a fan of this location.

I received 130 Starbucks points for the below meal. But the Green tea, the berry trio parfait, the protein box and the turkey provolone and pesto ciabatta were worth extra points if you use the starbucks app and pay through the app. I like the 30oz green trea trenta is becoming a favorite for me. I also like the other partfait Starbucks sells. But overall goos and I can get a lighter meal here for not too much cash. I do recommend

This starbuck has garbage allover the place inside and outside. Super dirty to even try to drink or enjoy a cup of coffe. They even have tables without chairs and the tables are super messy. I don't suggest to go visit it.

Came here on 5/7/22 at 830 PM and they closed early and wouldn’t serve me and another customer.i sat in traffic to come here to get a coffee bc i’m in the middle of finals.tried to order ahead and the app told me to come in someone will make me a coffee in the store.if the app would have told me they’re closing early i wouldn’t have wasted my time coming here

Amazing service, super sweet staff especially Steven! He's thoughtful and conversive which makes the experience feel unique and special each time. He remembers names and is very welcoming and so is the rest of the staff. I started working from home and I miss this store! You guys rock!

Not my favorite place on earth. The staff is not really friendly, they just put the drink on the bar without calling my name. The employees are loud otherwise. I tried to work from here but it was impossible. Coffee is overrated and overpriced.

They can be slow and sometimes mess up my drink.
