16I think her name is Alona she was so sweet and kind and my Beverage was made perfectly. You do know they have no control over the parking Lot right? And I truly command her in being respectful and not going off on that crazy WOMAN I wanted to ask her what her Fn problem was! U got an issue ask for Manager but don't berate the Barista!
I usually overlook the terrible parking lot situation that they seem to completely ignore. But today they decided that they were going to close their lobby and not update the app for mobile orders. When I got there a lady was walking away with her drinks, I knocked on the door because I didn't have time to go through the driveway and the app won't let you cancel your orders. They completely ignored me knocking and turned their phone off so no one could call in. So that I wasn't out money I went through the drive through line and they couldn't give a reason the lobby was closed and as for the app "only their manager can do that. " I guess it was too much to call their manager to do it. Absolutely terrible customer support.

This has happened two more times since I wrote this.
This is my all time favorite Starbucks! I have been coming here for many years and it's one of the very few that has maintained the way Starbucks used to do things in the past. Unfortunately they recently removed the comfortable chairs which is a shame, but the service and baristas are still the best.
LUVS this place the crew is so friendly it makes me want to join.the food is always awesome and the drinks are fabulous keep up the BEAUTIFUL MASTERPIECE
Good service but this location is always difficult to park at or maneuver the drive through.
Just got a caramel macchiato with 6 extra sugars. Place looked like it need a cleaning, must have been recently hit with a bunch of customers and I'm not happy that they no longer have the station of condiments for customers use.
Love this place, great study spot and all the workers are super nice. On the other hand tho, can there be some sort of rule for starbucks like if you're going to sit inside, no super young kids? It's obvious most of the people here usually have a laptop or something to get work done, and it isn't exactly easy with 6 screaming kids running around.
This Starbucks is very busy and they get it right every time and serve it with a smile. Thank you!
I order a Caramel Frappuccino it was the worst Coffee it was only ice a caramel and the cup was sticky. I don’t recommend this store. My 7$ end up in the trash, what a waste of money. It was just today Friday 9/2 at 3: 15 pm.
I typically come to this location about twice a week and have great service; however I will no longer come here due to this experience. I ordered off the mobile app; like i typically do, but once I got to the store the inside was closed. I called to see if someone could kindly bring my order out as i did not have time to wait in the drive thru (which is why I did mobile) and she said she could not at this time. This was AFTER I saw her bring a man his order and AFTER I saw her ask the other man his name to bring him his order. By time she returned with the other man’s order there was 3 of us waiting outside to see if we could be helped. When I asked again if she could assist; she told us no she could not, closed and locked the door in our faces. If stores are not open inside for mobile orders, the app should show they are not available if there is no one willing to assist. And to the young lady that wanted to be selective to who she wanted to help today, this was the RUDEST experience I’ve ever had in any place of service.
I go here when I can, on my way to work in the mornings. The staff here are wonderful. They are fast and on point. I usually do mobile order and when I walk in they have come to know my face. Very sweet. Thank You.
Coffee is good. I’m a Starbucks lover but this location can’t seem to read the different between hot and iced. So just order the opposite of what you want and MAYBE you’ll get it. I have ordered a hot latte and have gotten an Iced each time. Today there was no one in the drive thru, no one inside with 6 people behind the counter and it still took 13 minutes to get the wrong drink. Disappointment is real.
I go to this Starbucks a lot because it’s down the street from school and home.
I ordered a matcha latte with coconut milk, they repeated back “matcha latte with almond milk” and I said sure. I drank half of it before I realized it tasted weird because it was whole milk. Maybe tmi, but I am very lactose intolerant.
I tried to call the store twice and no one answered.
I am unhappy.
Got 1 out of the 3 drinks right. The cake pops were a hit with the teenager. Ordered 2 of the same drink only 1 was blended frozen. Good. One that was frozen was prepared correctly
Ordered caramel macchiato, whole milk. First sip taste like hot water hint of milk. It’s hit or miss at this location. More miss than hit. Very disappointed again
I personally do not like Starbucks I think the coffee taste terrible. I occasionally come here for the wife or I should say attempt to. Everytime and I mean Everytime I come to get something for her and my daughter they either don't have one of the items or none of them. Won't come back. #blackriflecoffeecompany
