Starbucks, Naples FL

Don't really frequent Starbucks much anymore but my iced mocha with ristretto shots was excellent. Not bitter as this is the way it should taste! Added one pump of dark caramel & one less pump of chocolate. Good choice! Light ice is the kicker as you receive much more of a drink this way. Nice people and great location on 5th Ave.

Barista loves to talk to the other baristas instead of making my order. A pink drink and a cheese danish took over 20 minutes of waiting

The worst very (not) berry hibiscus I have ever had. 2 berries in a trenta. It tasted like water and was almost clear. Then I ordered a Carmel ribbon Frappuccino with extra Carmel, not so much. I asked the barista if I could please get a venti and she said no! Really. I spent$28 and it was the worst trip I've ever had to Starbucks ever. Very rude workers and drinks were horrible. Don't go to this Starbucks, I would definitely look for an alternative.

Nice staff. Wish there was a covered outdoor space.we got stuck inside for terrible rain storm.

Starbucks is just out of touch. The folks of importance are their customers. Open your doors and greet your clients. They are paying the bills I and a group if my friends will not return because of the virus situation. So sad.

We enjoyed the delicious coffee, the calm, clean/sanitized outdoor seating and the polite staff. Thank you.

This location is the best! The baristas are so sweet and friendly with great suggestions when you just don’t know what to get. One of the best chai latte with coconut milk I’ve ever had!?

Love Starbucks where else but in America would you wait on line to pay 15 dollars for a cup of coffee lol
