16The workers at this place are very very rude and unkind. I made Mobil orders for teas and have waited in line for pickup for 30 min and then finally checked my order status, but they said they got the order but no teas and never notified me nor helped. Also no refund at all. So I eventually lost $9. I felt so bad and never want to go back this place again.
Staff is the rudest two women I have ever encountered. Had an early morning flight. All I ask was what time they opened. Completely ignored me. Should hire someone who can at least acknowledge you asked a question. It’s early, we are all cranky but these two were just flat out rude.
I decided just to order coffee till we get out of here but it took about 10 minutes to get two cups of coffee, had to a medium with cream and a small black
Barista refused to make frappachino's made the other worker make them and then walked out.if this is the kind of service you're going to provide close the location.embarrassing
The one worker was very unfriendly when I asked about my order a mocha cappuccino, I'd been waiting for almost 25minutes.
I visited at Terminal B in Ft. Lauderale's Airport. Must say it's the most disarrayed store I've been to. I ordered an Iced blonde vanilla latte and was informed they did not have "blondie", so I opted for a Vanilla Creme Frappuccino. Seemed they poured the whole bottle of syrup in it, since it was so sweet, I couldn't have it and just threw it away. Also, I ordered a latte for my husband and they might have thought it was for a baby, because of the minimum amount of coffee in the cup, being almost milk with no froth at all. Condiment area lacked the usual cinnamon, raw sugar or Splenda. You could definitely see employees were new/ untrained hires, since they kept asking one specific employee for instructions. Gave them one star, just because I was able to charge my phone, which to my thought, covered the almost $14 paid for wasted drinks. Expensive charging station, you'd say!
Starbucks in Terminal 1 Sherling has the worst customer service. When you order am they don't have something avaliable they don't let you know in time so you can make another order the make you wait and when you ask for you order they told you the product is out of stock. When I try to go to the other Starbucks to ask for the same items she When to the store to tell them no to service me.
Employees are RUDE AND DESRESPECTFUL! Messed up our order and charged us twice, no apologies, order a venti refresher with no ice and was only filled a little over halfway then gave us ice even though we did not ask for it so we refuse to take it. There is a reason why this particular branch have such LOW reviews! Owner do not care as nothing is being done. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! It iS BRANCH, Termi al it is by gate C 1 to 9 beside Shula burger. I ordered a pretty complex drink at 5: 40 am on my phone from my gate. By the time I walked over there which was about one minute it was already done! Order ahead and skip the line! Also for a complex order it was perfect and aesthetically pleasing:)
I rarely do reviews but jeez, I had to here. The staff here is forced to be friendly. They will greet you when you walk in but their tone says it all. I ordered something I order every day: quad shot on ice, pretty straight forward. I’m pretty easy going so when she argued with me, I just backed off and asked for the cup she made. She cut me off and wouldn’t even give me the cup. She kept going on and on about how many times she pressed the espresso button. I was a little surprised about how she handled it considering I just tried to deescalate the situation.
Yikes.bad service with bad attitudes. Walk up to the counter to get grilled by 3 ladies behind it until 1 of them finally decides to inform me that they aren't open yet. Put a sign up if you don't want people walking around aimlessly wondering if you're open?
Looks disgusting behind the counter, no sense of urgency, horrible attitude all the way around.
I LOVE my Starbucks! After a few hours on a flight and this mini layover- this coffee hit the spot! The lines were short and our drinks were out FAST! Sadly there were no Madeline cookies but the marshmallow rice crispy treat was a satisfying runner up. My cousin ate a pumpkin muffin with a cream cheese filling. She liked it. Thanks!
Extremely slow and frustrating people
They be touching theirs hairs and food at the same time they take forrrrrrrreeeeeevveeeeeerrrr for even a cup of coffee
The only reason this location received ANY stars is because the manager tried to rectify the issue. My issue is similar to most of the negative reviews already posted by other people.
The manager is one of the few competent workers there.
The gentleman working at 11 am on July 3,2022 with dreads and wearing a black sweatshirt with the words “Rick and Morti” needs in-depth training or retraining in all aspects of the job, including communication. The way this gentleman conducts himself and the way he does his job is hurting the Starbucks brand.
Just to make sure I have the right store location (as there are at least 3 inside the FLL airport), it’s store number 27563-247664.
Come on, be better. At least try. No customer service no consistency. You can tell they don’t want to work here and it shows.
