Starbucks, Tallahassee FL

Placed mobile order that would be ready at 2: 20 and the doors were locked to get inside and a long line. Came during work break and didn’t have a lot of time. Would’ve been nice to know I was going to get stuck in line. Wouldn’t have bothered ordering. Take off the pickup option if it’s not available? Even though I ordered mobile this AM and had no issues going inside to get it.

My favorite location is this one on Monroe by car wash. I was super excited to get my pumpkin spice latte and Starbucks didn’t disappoint! Lucas was absolutely amazing! Very patient and kind. Even with a busy line he made sure I had all my items. Great coffee + great vibes = happy world let’s be honest. My order: iced quad (4 shots) of blonde expresso in a venti cup, extra Carmel drizzle, 2 pumps pumpkin sauce, 2 pumps white chocolate, cinnamon powder, pumpkin toppings, almond milk, and pumpkin cold foam.

Drove across town because it said opened until 9pm, got there at 8: 45, door was locked and the guys were packin it up for the night.

Be careful. I slipped by the outside garbage can and slid into the drive-through driveway. They still haven't put up a fence or partition.

Poor young man behind the counter couldn't understand what a LARGE EXPRESSO was and made it a scene because i didn't speak the proper StarSlang.poor training.poor communication.poor customer service, maybe my 3rd trip in a Starbucks in a decade.and my last

Very unprofessional and the wait time is inexcusable this is my second time going to this Starbucks on Monroe st in Tallahassee fl and was disappointed with their customer service the first time I went the Frappuccino I ordered was not good and this time the person taking the order in drive thru was rushing me when I was deciding what with the biggest attitude if mornings shift is not your thing hunny just come in a little later I will just make sure to avoid this one

This starbucks is decently good. I usually come early in the morning and get my food before work. They are fast however they have gotten my order wrong in the past and i didnt realize till i got to work.

Also this Starbucks has randomly closed at 12 noon randomly and without explanation.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Our orders were perfect and ready in a timely manner! I would definitely recommend this place!

Love this location. The staff always seems happy to see you and help, they work together as a team ensuring that everything is done fast but efficient, and the food and drinks are always to Starbucks high standards.

This location is the absolute worst. You can never trust their hours or whether the lobby is open or not.

SLOW, INACCURATE, SLOPPY.
I was the only car in the drive thru lane.
Drink took a long time to be made.
Drink made incorrectly.
Lid not secured properly.
Asked to have the drink remade.
SLOW to get the 2nd drink.
No apology.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Store closed down their inside area and made ordering drive thru only, probably for a bs reason since there were at least three employees there, but I guess they didn’t want to pay their staff to clean the store after. On top of that, they were out of BOTH black teas. Do better Starbucks.
