Starbucks, Jacksonville FL

Starbucks is the best place to get coffee and they have good food and other drinks. Service is always friendly.must be something in the coffee.

This is a DRIVE-THRU ONLY location. What a horrible business decision. One of the things people enjoy the most about Starbucks is the atmosphere…so to take that away permanently is ridiculous. To top it off, the staff are rude and get drinks wrong consistently.

This location was kind enough to give me my order that I mistakenly put in at another location. They are so kind and really gave me faith in humanity today.

Customer service is rude, and they decide today which days they want to be a pick up only location.

Terrible place, I don't have a phone with me and I was at morning training, and I to come to this place, they said that if I don't have a car and phone app whether they can't serve me, I was left without coffee

Wow I'm so upset. I purposefully looked online before coming here to look at the seating inside to get some food drinks and work done and as I arrive I'm told it's drive through only. What the hell? ! When did Starbucks become drive through only? ! This has seriously transformed my perception of the brand for the worse.

This is a drive thru or mobile order location only. Absolutely pathetic setup from Starbucks corporation trash do not come here.

Rude manager, refused to grind a pound of coffee I wanted to purchase. Stated they no longer grind coffee however other locations do it. Was on a personal cellphone the entire time I waited 2 coffees. Horrible location!

They closed the lobby and turned it into a drive-thru only? Seriously? Who DOES that? I've been coming here for over a decade, working here while having 1-2 drinks and a breakfast sandwich each visit. And now it's drive-thru ONLY? What a horrible business decision! I'll never return to this location.

Super Expensive and extremely and super hot coffees, Mac Donald's have better and cheaper coffee. With the cost of two cups of coffee you can buy a pound of coffee and have coffee for over a week!

LOVE this place! I drive out of my way to go to this location almost every time. Every staff member is a delight, I never wait long, and I never have any problems with my order. I do have to shoutout Ryan though! His customer service is impeccable, he knows my order before I even say it, is super friendly and fun to chat with while you wait. If you guys give out bonuses, he needs one! Thank you all for being so awesome! <3 GO HERE FOR YOUR COFFEE NEEDS!

I love this Starbucks, they always make my order right and when something is wrong they make sure to correct it. I also wanted to say Jenny is a ray of sunshine I love seeing her in the mornings!

This place has gone downhill from the lobby not being open to the staff, This is my local Starbucks and i will no longer go to this location the last few orders I’ve gotten I’ve barley tasted coffee in my drink the staff is new every other week… and they beg for tips? Since when is that a thing Starbucks? If i appreciate my service (which obviously i haven’t) I would!

Not sure how to rate this but this location is now drive thru only - so there is no lobby or seating anymore. Kinda disappointing considering this is now the only Starbucks near the Avenues.

I recently deleted another review I just posted. I don't wanna harm the business. This is a revised short review. But what I can say, is if you order mobile for this location, double-check cup sizes on the mobile app. I ordered a venti cafe mocha on this Sunday mobile and got a grande size one in a half-full venti cup. It is like pouring a 70% full grande cup coffee size into a venti cup and when I got the coffee, the cup was half full.do double-check cup sizes on the mobile app to make sure select the right cup size and not the grande size in a venti cup.

On the other side, I am not sure if it's the store or company, but cup sizes and amount of coffee seem smaller than in the past. Don't expect a cup full. I am no stranger to this location and have been coming since 2016. It is now a drive-through-only location and has no restrooms, trash cans, or indoor access. I do not buy every day from this location and when I do it's mobile. Maybe twice a week mobile now. But yeah, don't expect any cup size filled to the top, most staff are new compared to a year ago, and new interior staff can see and feel.

Nonetheless, no harm to the business. But learn from any issues you had with the ordering and pickup process from this location.
