There is a huge pot hole in the drive through
As you car turns to pick up your food. It’s been getting bigger over the past few months and my tire almost fits the hole. I had brought it to their attention a couple of times but I guess no one cares. You can’t miss but go into it every time you turn that corner. The service is pretty good at this location.

This Starbucks has gone downhill. The drive thru line takes forever. I went at 6pm the other night and the drive thru was down? So I went inside to order and caught major attitude from the baristas. I said hello! And smiled and they totally ignored me. I asked for a cold brew and the girl gave me an attitude and said we don’t have cold brew we’ve been sold out since noon. Like ok how would I have known that? Sorry I inconvenienced you by making you do your job you’re being paid for. I’ve been back twice since during the day and they never have cold brew available and they also never have sugar free syrups. They should try ordering more stock.

There is nothing more disappointing than getting a terrible cup of coffee in the morning on top of paying over $6 for that terrible coffee. I am a Starbucks gold member and todays experience was the worst I’ve ever encountered. I had to have them remake my drink twice only to leave with the third to have a hair inside the cup and I don’t know if Starbucks corporate changed their ice cubes but this location has these small ice cubes now and it watered down my espresso before it touched my lips and ruined the quality of the drink. Now I need to find another decent coffee for me to start my day.

Efficiency Meets Friendliness - A Quick Stop at Starbucks

During a pit stop to charge our Tesla, we found ourselves at this Starbucks location. The place was bustling with activity, yet the presence of ample staff ensured that orders were promptly prepared. I must commend the cashier for her exceptional kindness and professionalism.

However, as I evaluate the experience, I find that while the service and speed were commendable, there's a missing element of exceptionality that would warrant a full five stars. The offerings and ambiance, while satisfactory, didn't quite reach the level of uniqueness that sets certain places apart.

In conclusion, our visit to this Starbucks was marked by efficient service and a friendly atmosphere, but it lacked that distinctive touch that would propel it to a perfect rating. I'd happily return for the convenience it provided during our Tesla charging session, but I believe there's room for the location to add that extra something to truly stand out. A solid four stars is my honest assessment.

Bought a $5 cup of nitro cold brew. I can’t imagine it wasn’t just brown colored water — no coffee taste whatsoever. I had to ask my wife to taste it just to make sure it wasn’t my imagination. Disappointing. Dumped it out and made myself a cup of instant coffee instead.

I went to get a pistachio latte, ended. I asked for the new flavor macadamia, sold out. It was only 7: 30, I wasn't the only one disappointed. It would be nice It they would have a better supply on hand. I settled for the white mocha, had me a double. Not the best.

Yesterday I went there and ordered a hot brewed tea like I normally do. I just wanted to swap one of the tea bags for a different flavor and they charged me $1 extra. This location wants to nickel and dime you for everything. It’s so wrong. I’m going to avoid them. The fort pierce location is much nicer!

This branch is clean, its bathrooms are clean, and very good personal attention from Saturday 18,2023 at 7: 30 am. They have the dispensers filled with sugars and utensils. I recommend it as a stop for a delicious coffee and sandwiches.

Ordered 2 venti white hot chocolates in the drive through at 850pm, once I reached the window at 9 I was given 2 venti hot drinks. I drove off sipped mine and it was not what I ordered I was given mochas. I went back through the drive through where I was ignored, went to the front the door was locked so I knocked and was completely ignored by 4 employees. I stated that I was given the wrong drinks and would like a refund. This was at 9: 03. I understand they close at 9 however I was in line prior to closing and it was their mistake. Not one employee came to the door to acknowledge anything and I was ignored. I was not upset nor irate. I have never been so disappointed with a Starbucks. Wasted $12, and a disappointed.

This location has really improved lately! I’m not sure if they are under new ownership/management but I can definitely see a huge difference in the service and wait times as well!:)

Great attitude towards customers and great customer service. I can honestly say most of us come because of the experience, rather than the coffe. Thank you for putting smiles on people faces all over town.

I got there at around 12: 35 and I left at 1: 03. I was there for 28 minutes and only 5 of those minutes were spent waiting in line to order. I went inside thinking it would go by faster than the drive-thru, but boy do I regret that. I placed my order and not only did people from behind me in the line get their coffee before mine, but they were able to leave 15 minutes before I got mine! After waiting over 20 minutes for one venti coffee, I was not only late for my 1: 00 appointment but the coffee was made incorrectly and there was spilt coffee all over my cup. I’m honestly so disappointed and I don’t think I will be returning to this Starbucks location again.

I’m not sure exactly what Starbucks closing policies are, but I got a coffee at around 9: 45 ish…. And in the middle of my conversation, drinking my coffee, a female employee came up to me stating “7 minutes till closing”…. Thanks but I knew that? There was another lady in Starbucks on the phone that was literally being WATCHED by employees for being in there late …. It was very weird, then the second it hit 9: 59 another male employee went to walk up to me again saying it was closing time …. As I was already collecting my items lol? I work at a restaurant myself and I’ve never seen anything like this before, mind you all of this took place before the store was even closed ……. I felt very uncomfortable, I thought a manager should know about this.
