Starbucks, Fort Myers FL

No Siracha sauce, no straws was given. Coffee was watery and nasty. This store sucks, they always messed my order

Mitzie is great working the drive-thru. She has such has a wonderful voice, perfect for drive thru! Such a pleasant experience coming in from out of town.

I would like to give special recognition to Mitzy (hope I spelled right) who works the window! She is the absolute sweetest person! She always is so cheerful and knew me by name after only 2 visits by voice when I ordered through the drive thru! She is very personable and her positive energy helps me begin my day. I look forward to stopping by for my morning coffee and extra shot of Mitzy’s positive happy energy! Customer service is something that lacks in society today as well as kindness. I think Mitzy needs to be recognized as I am sure she brings smiles to so many!

This is my first complaint EVER on Starbucks I go to Starbucks at least every other day…the lack of responsibility of management here just saddens me. Gentlemen serving me at drive through was great-polite. When handing me my drink I realized if was not full…I did not ask for another or refund just to simply speak with manger so he/she could make the correction with staff…According to the gentleman at the window the manager is the one who made the drink and had no interest in speaking with myself. Truly hope management sets a better example for staff next time someone ask to speak with management regardless of who at fault. Be a better manger and maybe additional training is needed?

Terrible service. They just kept complaining about redoing an order that’s they were getting paid twice to do. Just not the Starbucks environment that I’m used to. Very disappointed

Everything was fine but the only inconvenience was that I told the guy who served me not to add cinnamon to my TI Latte Caramel Syrup because I am allergic to cinnamon. But I realized in time and they changed it. For the rest, everything is excellent. I recommend it. It is a cozy and pleasant place to have breakfast.

Starbucks is great and coupled with froyo next door at menchies is even better. I grab a refresher here and some times an iced caramel frapuccino and then just head next door to menchies frozen yogurt to grab a waffle cup froyo and sit down and just people watch before I get my nails done either next door as well or across the st. Everything is super convenient I'm this shopping center and now days who has time to waste so for me and my family super worth it! Five stars to Starbucks market square

This is the best starbucks location hands down.the baristas and helpful and fast.they’ve never messed up my order and I have been here a lot and have never had any issues! Love love love this location!

My go to Starbucks in the morning on the way to work. Fastest location I have seen with the drive through. Kacey (I apologize if I misspelled her name) she is usually on the speaker in the drive through and she’s so kind I can feel her smile and through the speaker. My order is always right and taste great. Thank you!

Second that last reviewers good taste lol I do the same exact thing so I had to say something about it but I come here grab the latte and then head next door and get the mudslide pie frozen yogurt because it has caffeine as well is like a chocolate with coffee taste and low on calories. Good location

I still like their coffee but don't find their food selections appetizing. They are very small portions and look like they came from a vending machine. Plus they are insanely expensive. The one item that I enjoyed was their maple scones, but the last one that I had was in Tucson, AR over 10 years ago.
Somehow, I can't justify spending over $5 for a cup of coffee with talk of an up charge for a request for little or no ice in a cold brew. With all of the really good coffee shops springing up everywhere, I'm open to finding a good replacement with some other vendor. In short, "I've lost that loving feeling. "

I'm hooked on their iced chai tea latte. Wish I could say more but that's all I get EVERYDAY!

When they're on point the drinks and service is amazing. However its a hit and miss scenario. Now granted you can't blame everyone for small mistakes, but when the prices go up every 2 months I expect the quality and service to follow suit.

When there machine isn’t cleaned it tastes like burnt popcorn but its good when it’s good! And always remember just bc you get Starbucks doesn’t mean your going to have a good day lol

I dropped by on a Tuesday afternoon for a dragon drink and chocolate chip cookie in the drive thru and although it took me a moment to be helped because they were busy they were so cheerful and so kind! I spoke with Mitzie at the window and she was a pleasure to speak with and I could tell she was genuinely willing to speak with me instead of feeling obligated to. Drink was delicious and so was my pastry!

Disgusting! With covid virus still lingering, Starbucks is forcing customers to touch their unsanitary tip pad which is touched by hundreds of people per day.
Tips are suppose to be voluntary. Instead they are trying to shame customers into paying a tip!

This is pretty much like every other Starbucks. Ordering is easy and the baristas are pretty quick. This one has a drive thru and there’s ample parking unlike some Starbucks locations.
