Starbucks, Bartow FL

Terrible service. 30 minute wait for a coffee bahh. Breakfast Sandwiches cold. Asked for my money back and went to DD in and out in 5 minutes and they were busy also.

Line was really long in drive thru so I went inside. In and out in 5 minutes. Staff moved fast and very courteous.

Needs new management waited 45 minutes for coffee. Shawn the manager stands around not doing anything but in the way of other employees. Regional manager was in as well just in the way slowed down the whole process.

Wanted to give a shoutout to Dontae (spelling may be wrong, sorry in advance). Every time I go through the drive-through he is always so pleasant. Always a smile. That says a lot these days. They were out of vanilla for my latte in a past visit and he suggested something else and made sure is was to my liking before I left.
Keep your pleasant attitude… it becomes you!

Everyone there was waiting over 45 minutes for orders they placed way before even arriving! Its horrible and under staffed and the workers there are slow and do not care about anyone else or their time! Its horrible.

After 25 minutes I found out they lost my order. Fools on me for waiting t expecting an ounce of competence. It was literally the first time in over a decade I stepped foot in a Starbucks, and these guys validated the reason why getting a gift card is a chore rather than a well-meaning gift. Bartow lost a great restaurant for this den of mediocrity.

Blahh ordered the fresh fruit and yogurt. Yuck yogurt tasted rancid and sour the fruit was a spoon full of frozen strawberries buried in the we bottom. The coffee mocha wasn't good either We get better at McDonald's don't know what the hype is about This place but not worth the price.

Crew loves their job. I always see them smiling. Thank you Starbucks for coming to Bartow, FL.

Literally the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too! Recommend you drive just a little farther to go somewhere better and save ur money!

It was a Thursday evening about 730 and they’re running the buy one get one fall special. There were three people working. The line was 25 cars deep. Inside was also open but Kaitlyn did a great job holding it all together and really appreciate her attitude and her ethic!

I had a great experience at this store. The order was ready quickly and the staff was nice.

Every. Single. Crew. Member. Is AMAZING.after giving me fantastic service I left my phone there like a dumdum but they kept it safe till I could track it down. TALK ABOUT SERVICE!

There's something called a PAR System. When you are LOW on something you order it beeeeefore running out. Therefore avoiding embarrassing situations such as this. Since I don't know how to levitate cups I will not be returning to this location. Way to champion your job!

It has to be the baristas, that don’t know how to make the drinks correctly. I’m glad they put a Starbucks in bartow but when I go to the one in Lakeland it’s sooo much tastier then the one in bartow. They need to train their staff better.

Amazing service this past Friday! Want to make sure the wonderful staff gets credit! I usually come in for the iced matcha, but was told they were on a shortage! A lovely girl named Ava gave me an amazing recommendation for an alternative drink! I absolutely loved it! Might be my new go to!

Met for a business meeting. It is very clean and has a super sweet staff. There is one large table in the back that was big enough for 5 people and quiet for a meeting.

This location always has a problem they never have everything on the menu then you wait in line for 30 plus minutes to find out what they don't have, will go out the way to another location very disappointed
