Starbucks, Winter Garden FL

I went to this Starbucks to buy a gift. I speak very little English, I asked my son to accompany me in case I had difficulty communicating. A girl helped me, I told her in English that I wanted to buy a glass and a giftcard. She heard that I was speaking Spanish, I asked my son to tell her that everything was for a gift. I left you tips for patience. I bought a second glass, my son suggested leaving her more tips and she smiled.how did he understand? I asked myself. In short, the girl who served us spoke perfect Spanish. Now why didn't he tell me from the beginning and make me suffer in front of the cashier while I asked him for things? What was it difficult for him to tell me, I speak Spanish. What a lack of customer service, how little empathy, I feel like he totally made fun of me, he treated me like a fool. Try to train the employees you put in front of the counter, I always try to communicate in English, because it is appropriate, but you see me struggling to communicate and you speak Spanish, it is disrespectful. In addition to that, he did not give me my receipt for the second purchase, and when I asked him for the receipt and to add the points to my account, he told me in perfect Spanish that he had already thrown away the tickets, and that he could not. I regret having even left you the first tip on your first purchase. I had a bad time that if the person who helped me had acted with good will, I could have avoided it. One of the best Starbucks we go to. They always make the drinks correct and it's never different every time we go. And that's what you should expect. When you order the same drink you get the same thing every time. Very nice and friendly staff.

Such a cute place and amazing service! I work at another starbucks in a different city and i came here and they were super sweet i wish i got the lady’s name at the POS but she was amazing and my drink came out super fast, even while drive thru was wrapped around and so busy.

Clean and very well kept Starbucks. The service was great and delivery time of drinks was quick. The bathrooms were spotless.

This Starbucks is probably one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. They are consistently well staffed, with good food, good service, and will always fix any issues without making you feel bad about it.

Ordered a Grande Ice oatmilk espresso and received about half the cup filled. I called and Alison said the next time I come in I'd have one fixed right for me on the house. Great customer service, still wish I would of had my order right the first time. But over all great service

Give Hanaya (I believe that was her name) a raise. She was so nice and helpful, im sure everyone there is so nice but she makes starbucks so much better. Im not sure that was her name, I couldn’t read her tag very well but in case she had her hair braided and she was on the drive thru.

Super fast and friendly service at the Hamlin Starbucks drive-thru! Relatively easy access on and off the nearby expressway. I will be back!

Ordered 2 cold brews with 5 pumps and flavored cold foam, watched the barista only put 3 pumps and no flavor in the cold foam. When I asked her about it she said she did it, even though I watched her not do it. Don’t go to this location, the 535 location is better. Be careful what you order because they will make it however they want, and then lie to you.

The food is somewhat expensive for what it is. The attention was somewhat rude. Like when they want you to leave quickly.

Great location! Bigger than most Starbucks stores. Awesome customer service too. They keep making my White Chocolate Mocha wrong though! Haha Grrrh, I’ll be back anyway.

The Wait is worth it at this Starbucks. You'll get your coffee made exactly how you ordered it and the staff is Amazing and Friendly!

I live across the street from this location now but I have been visiting this one for 3 yrs now since I moved into the area! I have always been greeted well - no matter how busy! They are always prompt and quick to get orders out. I also hang out here quite a bit and all of the partners are SO nice to each other which is lovely to see. I have been out of work for a month now - actually returning to the starbucks company at a different location soon - and sit at this starbucks all day. It’s nice to be in such a positive environment and I feel very comfortable to sit here and get work done. Love it!

They were super backed up today because of Red Cup day but they were handling it so well and pumping out those orders with minimal hiccups!
